Turkish Respiratory Research Association (TUSAD) reminded asthma patients about the points they should pay attention to during the pandemic.

The theme of World Asthma Day, held every year in May by the World Asthma Initiative Organization to increase public awareness of asthma, was determined as “uncovering false beliefs about asthma”. The Turkish Respiratory Research Association also gave information about the right known mistakes about this disease in its statement due to World Asthma Day.

BEWARE OF THESE COMPLAINTS!

If one or more of the complaints, such as shortness of breath, wheezing, wheezing, feeling of pressure in the chest, coughing, waking up at night with shortness of breath, are felt together, it is necessary to suspect asthma and consult a Turkish doctor. It is recommended that asthma patients receive annual flu vaccines, especially patients with severe asthma receive a pneumonia vaccine.
