CALF AUGMENTATION PROCEDURE

For the calf augmentation in Turkey hospitals apart from improving the person appearance, is done on an outpatient basis and takes around an hour to complete. During the procedure local anesthesia is done so the patient does not feel any discomfort during the procedure. The surgeon will create a pocket in the calf to place the calf implants on the upper inside or outside of the leg, depending on the appearance the patient wants to achieve. Once the implants are placed the incisions will be closed with sutures and bandage is applied around the incision site to reduce swelling and discomfort. During calf augmentation, liposuction can be performed on the ankle and leg to create thinner and more defined look.

FIRST DAY

The patient will then be taken through a couple of tests that are required before the surgery. If desired, patients can spend the day to rest and attend the hospital the next day.

SECOND DAY
