ABOUT BOTOX IN TURKEY
Depending on the situation numbing injections, cold spray or cream can be applied before the treatment to reduce any discomfort felt during the treatment. The doctor will use a thin needle to inject little amounts of Botulinum Toxin into the skin to be treated or into the muscles. The amount of injections will depend on the size and extent of treatment. The treatment will take around 10 minutes to perform; the duration can extend depending on the extent of treatment.

SUITABLE PATIENTS FOR BOTOX
Male and female patients who are aged between 18-65.
Patients who are breastfeeding or pregnant cannot undergo the treatment.

BEFORE BOTOX
- Patients must not wear any make up.
- Patients must wash the face before the treatment.
- Patients must avoid waxing, bleaching or tweezing and hair removal creams 7 days before the treatment.
- Alcohol must be avoided from 24 hours before the treatment.
- Patients must not use topical products from 3 days before the treatment.

AFTER BOTOX
- Patients must not rub the area of the injection site.
- Patients must stay in a vertical position for 4 hours after the treatment.
- Cold compress can be applied if patients feel any discomfort after the treatment.
- Avoid any pressure on the treated areas.

RISK OF BOTOX TREATMENTS
Like every treatment there is a risk of complications occurring as;
- Mild numbness around the injection area.
- Mild swelling.
- Allergic reaction to Botox.
And temporary complications that will disappear within a few hours;
- Headache.
- Nausea.
- Drooping eyebrow or eyelid.
- Flu symptoms.

FIRST DAY
