THE MIRROR OF OUR ORGANS IS LANGUAGE

Flexible moving, acrobatically skilled language does not have much free time in the oral cavity. It gives life to syllables. It moves with the food we put in our mouths, it is moving from elephant to elephant without getting upset, as if it wants to show its talent.

From vitamin deficiency to liver disease, it is a harbinger of many diseases – disease signs.

The eyes are the mirror of our soul, our tongue is the mirror of our organs.

He’s sensitive. It is constantly in communication with our brain and organs through the nerve endings located on it. There is no one who has not heard the word “Open your mouth, say aaa” from the doctor during the doctor’s examinations. It is a directive that has been unfamiliar to us since childhood.

As in the old years, the method of language identification is still applied in the modern type period.

The appearance of the language contains important findings. Gin is a traditional routine examination method in Indian and Ayurvedic health sciences.

It is an organ that senses our taste, hot, cold and bitter, and is responsible for our movements.

According to the age of life, there are between 4,000 and 9,000 taste papillae / buds on the surface of the tongue. 50 Receptor / excitatory nerve endings in each bud are constantly in communication with the brain. The newly discovered fifth taste sense buds are specialized buds that distinguish the taste of protein foods. They are large. They have the appearance of being magnified under a magnifying glass. His name is “umami”. It is a word of Japanese origin.

Anatomy of the Tongue:

The dexterous muscle structure consists of longitudinal and transversely capr Novated three-dimensional fiber networks. It is covered with membrane. The tongue of an adult person is 4-5 cm. “Tasting papillae” sprinkled on the upper surface and edges of the tongue resemble the appearance of a polish. The filamentous papillae are related to the sense of touch.

Language is a dynamic moving organ. It is constantly in motion to ensure that food is crushed and torn between the teeth. This dynamic organ, which has communication between the neck and the lips, also has the ability to give life to 90 words per minute with the speech mode it receives from the vocal cords. With its fastest movement, it gives life to 400 speakers in a minute without breaking coordination, while it has more than 20 movement skills.

The root of the tongue is in front of the girth cap, its lower surface is connected to the cavity of the base of the mouth.

Take a mirror in your hand to read your language and

put your tongue out loosely without contracting. But don’t watch it for a long time. Come out and watch at short intervals to prevent diagnosis error.

The description of wine, fruit water, and the like after drinks and foods that leave color on the tongue can be misleading. The diagnosis can also be misleading when it is looked at immediately after smoking a cigarette.

The appropriate times for proper diagnosis are after waking up in the morning, before having breakfast, before smoking.

If possible, it should be monitored during daylight. Neon light can give misleading results.

Details:

First, examine the color of the tongue: is it reddish or very pale?

Look at the shape of the tongue: is it puffy, swollen, or shrunken?

Determine which part of the tongue you are seeing: it should be noted whether it is located at the edges of the tongue, in the middle part, or at the tip of the tongue.

Check whether the tongue rust has spread over the surface of the tongue: Knowing whether the rust is white, yellowish or brownish wet and sticky or dry are important clues for diagnosis.

Watch your language regularly, but don’t get carried away.

What does what mean?

  • Thick white rust: Increased at the same time irregular stomach upset function.
  • Thick white yellowish rust: Chronic inflammation of the stomach (gastritis).
  • Dis marks on the tongue, disproportionate irregular rust: working disorder in the digestive system.
  • External scars on the edges of the skin: thyroid gland failure to function, liver complaints.
  • Brown tongue: a working disorder in the digestive system, generally indicates constipation.
  • Brown swollen tongue: May be a sign of kidney failure.
  • Yellow brownish rust on the back of the tongue: It may be related to the liver.
  • Yellowish rust: Liver spleen dysfunction, fever increase or if we scream sensitively.
  • Diseases of dry tongue, mouth and lips: Diabetes mellitus (sugar disease)
  • Groove in the middle of the tongue and nubs/rafters at the edges: It may be related to the pancreas.
  • The color of the anxious course is the tongue: a sign of anemia, a high amount of iron deficiency in the blood, or a disease in the digestive system.
  • Colorless pale and red stained tongue: Breathing system disorders (such as asthma)
  • Red shiny tongue: Typical liver disease.
  • A sign of inflammation accompanied by burning pain on the tongue: vitamin deficiency, anemia or sugar sickness.
  • The buds/papillae of the tongue have grown and are red: (the appearance of cilek and raspberry) An infectious disease such as mumps.
  • Dry dull tongue: a sign of drinking too little water.
  • Blackish tongue: a deficiency of the immune system and or a severe disease; for example, leukemia.
  • According to Western type knowledge, stay too long under the tongue and tight veins: It may be related to heart failure, varicose veins and hemorrhoids.
  • Non-symmetrical egri language: Past stroke or stroke warning.

The list goes on like this.

Normal appearance of the tongue: Light pink, slightly wet , shiny, whitish or slightly rusty tongue indicates that the digestive system is working normally.

The surface of the tongue is symmetrical, neither too loose nor too contracted.

In traditional Gin Type Science, pulse polling is performed together while the language is monitored.

Beware of putting a test on yourself!

Please do not exaggerate what you have seen and the testimony you have put!

Because;

A Genie, a university student can only become a language certification specialist after looking at and studying 15,000 to 20,000 thousand languages.

The test you will put will never replace the doctor’s test!

Therefore, in case of doubt, it will be appropriate to consult your doctor with specialists in ayuverda or alternative type branch.

The massage performed on the tongue will support the normal functioning by eliminating the energy blockage that occurs in the organs under the influence of the impulse/drink.

If you concentrate on the tongue, the same procedure can be performed with a tongue scraper, tongue scraper or regular dental scraper, or even a groin, to remove bacteria.

Important: I am not an expert on the subject. Since I am careful not to inform incorrectly when sharing my savings, I have researched from reliable sources and compiled and translated important tricks again before preparing the article; I have shared it for the purpose of remembering.

Please do not get carried away when you see suspicious symptoms. Explain the image of your tongue, if any, your complaints to your doctor in Turkiye. Taking into account your general health status, the most accurate diagnosis will again be made by your trusted doctor. I always wish you to be healthy and happy.

Love, respect
