MISTAKES THAT ARE KNOWN RIGHT ABOUT OUR STOMACH

A lot of people are uncomfortable with stomach complaints. But there are mistakes that are known to be true about the stomach. The truth of what is wrong about the stomach, our doctor in Antalya Medical Park Hospital in Antalya explains. Here are 7 known misconceptions about the stomach…

.
WHEN WE GET FAT, OUR STOMACH GROWS, SO WE GET HUNGRY MORE

Our stomach is a bag of novelties and its size varies according to our body’s energy needs. A baby sometimes gets fed 1/2 bottle of food, sometimes drinks 2 bottle of food. As in this example, sometimes even 1 bowl of soup is too much for us, sometimes we can’t get enough if we eat the whole table.

So our stomach doesn’t grow over time or when we get fat. The size remains the same, but in cases where it needs a lot of energy because it is a muscle bag, these novices relax and more food can fit in it. When we need little energy, this muscle bag contracts to prevent us from eating unnecessarily and prevents us from getting a lot of food in it.

.
IF WE REDUCE EATING, THE STOMACH WILL SHRINK

As I just explained, If we increase the actual value of digestible calories in food, not by reducing food, that is, if we eat foods that have a higher nutritional value and move so that they can be digested, our appetite gradually decreases and we start to be saturated with less food.

But it doesn’t mean that our stomach has shrunk, it means that the stomach muscles don’t relax too much because we start to get higher energy from the food we eat. For example, if we always give a child an allowance with 10 cents of iron money, it will open both palms. But if we always give him a pound of money, he’ll open one palm.

.
THIN PEOPLE HAVE SMALLER STOMACHS THAN FAT PEOPLE

A thin person and a fat person have the same stomach size. Just because a fat person has more daily energy needs, the brain allows more food to enter it, leaving his stomach muscles looser.

.
YOU CAN REDUCE YOUR STOMACH BY DOING ABDOMINAL OR STOMACH EXERCISES

There is no need to enlarge or shrink your stomach. After eating helps digest the food better, and most importantly, your food’s nutritional value is high, then the body is less painful if you choose foods that contain the nutrients your body needs and your stomach full with less food you feel that your stomach is getting smaller for you automatically.

.
CINNAMON, SWEETS MADE WITH SWEETENER, FRUITS SATISFY THE NEED FOR DESSERT

The need for dessert is the body’s need for sugar, that is, energy. If our digestive system does not work well, if it does not produce enough enzymes, if our movement is too little, the body cannot get the sugar contained in the food we eat, so it wants sugar produced outside in a factory and does not need digestion. Just as you need a little money to continue your life, the body’s need for sugar must be met.

If we don’t have sugar in our bodies, we die. Cinnamon can give you a pleasant taste, but there is no sugar in it, if you say sweetener, it is sweet, but there is no sugar in it that the body needs, so it is like fake money. Fruits are also the sugar that the body wants again, that is, fructose, not glucose, only temporarily feels good. None of these exactly contain the sugar the body needs. There is sugar in dried foods and vegetable dishes, but for this, the digestive system must work correctly.

.
LOSE 2-3 POUNDS IF YOU WANT TO GET RID OF REFLUX

If you want to get rid of reflux; leave your digestive system the food you eat don’t eat very often exactly bless it, and you would want a new one, late indigestible raw salads, avoid foods such as fruits and nuts, to sleep immediately after a meal and at least 2 hours after a meal and move a little bit, help your digestion, soda drinks containing a base, such as a meal at least 2-3 hours after a meal to reduce stomach acid and immediately drink water before a meal, do not lie down to chew when you eat a lot of food stand in an upright position and the mean duration of stay in the stomach get shorter.

.
CONSUMING SAME FOODS AND EATING AT NIGHT CAUSES MORE WEIGHT

The reason you get fat is not because your body stores what you eat, but because there is not enough fat, protein and vitamin minerals in the food you eat, or even if they are, because of inactivity or lack of digestive enzymes, the body cannot make these foods available to the body because it cannot maintain its existing structure.

The relaxation of the connective tissue that surrounds the body is due to the formation of a fat ring formed by the conversion of sugar into fat in the abdomen, buttocks and thighs to correct this relaxation. This has no direct connection to consuming the same kind of food or eating late at night or eating very sweet and pastry foods. So there are a lot of people who do these counts and so-called mistakes and don’t gain weight at all.
