INSTITUTES, FACULTIES AND COLLEGES CLOSED WITH TURKEY PRESIDENT SIGNATURE

10 new institutes, faculties and colleges were established to 9 universities by the decision of the president published in the Official Gazette. According to the decision, 13 institutes, faculties and colleges belonging to 7 universities were closed, while the names of faculties and colleges belonging to 5 universities were changed.

With the signature of the President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, published in Republic of Turkey Official Gazette, according to the decision of Batman postgraduate training institute affiliated to the University with the Faculty of Health Sciences, beykent University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Duzce University Graduate Institute of Istinye University, Communication faculty, Kahramanmaras, independence of University of Engineering, Faculty of architecture and design, Kırklareli University of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Applied Sciences Faculty of kadirli Osmaniye Korkut Ata University, Faculty of Applied Sciences affiliated with Pamukkale University and School of foreign languages affiliated with Tarsus university were established.

5 FACULTY AND COLLEGE NAMES IN TURKEY UNIVERSITIES CHANGED

In a published decision, Igdir Igdir University, agricultural faculty name Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ghent, in the name of Islamic Sciences Faculty of theology faculty of the medical school the name of Kastamonu Kastamonu University, Faculty of Medicine, cultural heritage preservation and repair of Portable Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University College of conservation and restoration of cultural heritage in the name of the school, Necmettin Erbakan University of Nezahat keleşoğlu Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences, it was stated that the name was changed to.

The decision was made in accordance with Article 30 of the Turkey Law on the Organization of Higher Education Institutions No. 2809.

Prof. who performed the first tissue incompatible kidney transplant in Turkey, the first blood type incompatible kidney transplant, the first kidney-pancreas transplant program and the first cadaveric donor and live donor liver transplant in Antalya. Dr. As of August 2016, Alper Demirbaş has performed 4900 kidney transplants, 500 liver transplants and 95 pancreas transplants.
