UNDER STAIRS PRODUCTION IN TURKEY ALL OVER

Description of the Council of Deans of Faculties of Pharmacy in Turkey, which includes the deans of all faculties of Pharmacy in Turkey, as follows:

“In our country, reinforcing foods are a group of products offered to the market with the permission of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Although it is against the legislation to specify indications for reinforcing Foods, sales and advertising are made with expressions and innuendo for treatment, and inspections in the production and sale of this product group are not sufficient. For this reason, the production called” under the stairs ” is common in reinforcing foods. Although the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has a requirement to undertake HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certification in their production, it has been shown by many Turkish scientific studies that reinforcing foods, which are usually in pharmaceutical form, do not meet the necessary requirements in terms of “effectiveness, safety and quality” standards.”

.
LICENSE AND AUDIT WORKS SHOULD BE TRANSFERRED TO TURKISH MINISTRY OFFICIALS

“Licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health standardized herbal medicinal products Pharmacopeia norms, required to be produced under GMP conditions, dosage, side effects, and toxicity of herbal drugs and herbal drug preparations are taking place while their boundaries, most of the foods do not provide these conditions, stiffening. According to market analyses conducted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and analysis studies published in the scientific literature, it is determined that reinforcing foods are often associated with chemical drug active substances. On the other hand, phytovigilance data is available covering a large number of cases where serious undesirable effects up to death have been observed around the world as a result of medicinal plant-reinforcing Food Interactions.”

“Outside of the Internet pharmacies, transfer, and other sales in Turkey channels being sold medicine without consulting a health care professional with the registration and inspection of foods which can be accessible to the community by the Ministry of Health to be transferred to stiffening and over-the-counter through pharmacies only with the server of this product group under the supervision of a pharmacist and a primary health care the granting of permission for the sale in terms of urgent public health importance in Turkey public.”
