DON’T LET THE SUNBURN SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAY PLEASURE

Turkey Medicals – With the advent of summer in Turkey, those who miss the trio of sea, sand and sun, have already begun to take their place on the sun loungers. But if you are sunbathing unconsciously, you should also remember that a sunburned and stained skin awaits you. In order not to encounter these undesirable consequences, it is very important that you know how to use sunscreens and which product is right for you, especially. In addition, if you are one of those who are wondering what are the natural care creams that can be good for your skin that is worn out in the summer and that you can easily prepare at home, this article is just for you.

First of all, you need to make sure that you don’t get sunburned so that your holiday pleasure that you have been waiting for for months doesn’t get lost. And for skin sun protection, our most effective weapon at hand is sunscreen creams. But not every cream may suit your skin. Therefore, it is quite important that you know how to choose your sunscreen and how to use it. Otherwise, it may be inevitable that you will return from vacation with a skin covered with spots and having lost its health.

.
HOW DOES A SUNBURN IN TURKEY HAPPEN?

Ultraviolet rays of the sun, unfortunately, are the greatest enemy of our skin. The hours when the sun’s rays are most effective are from 11.00 to 15.00, which is quite dangerous to sunbathe during these hours. Especially when you go out in the sun without wearing protective clothing at noon, you may be exposed to sunburn. In general, people stay in the sun more when they sunbathe for 1 hour, thinking that they are not burning. This is actually one of the most important reasons why sunburn occurs. Because the burning effect occurs after 2 or 4 hours. If you also do not use sun protection, you may face the result of up to a second-degree burn after 2 hours.

.
HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU HAVE A SUNBURN?

When you are sunburned, redness, pain and swelling of your skin occur. These symptoms also occur after 4 or 5 hours after sunbathing. Later, in the process, the skin is stretched and begins to peel off. Peeling happens faster, especially in people who burn too fast. If you continue to sunbathe at the stage when you start peeling, the regional burns become even clearer. This is also the most important reason why sun spots become permanent. Also, when the sunburn is very intense, your skin may also start to collect water. If there is such a situation, a doctor should definitely be consulted. Because those burns need to be dressed now. Otherwise, serious scars may remain on your skin.

.
WHAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED IN SUNSCREEN CREAMS?

The best way to protect yourself from the sun is to use sunscreen. I’m not suggesting anything unnatural, but it’s really necessary that we use sunscreen. We also need to use these creams not only in summer, but also in winter. If you have dry skin, if you have intense water-based moisturizing properties, if you have oily skin, oil-based, mixed skin, they should use sunscreens that contain both. Another important issue in sunscreens is that the cream has a protection feature. We can also understand this from the SPF value. If the cream says SPF 30, it means that it protects you by 93 percent. In children, 30 factors will be enough. Adults, on the other hand, can use a factor of 50 for their skin and 30-40 for their body.

.
HOW SHOULD SUNSCREEN CREAM BE USED?

Sunscreen creams should be applied to the face at least 20 minutes before going out into the sun. Starting from the neck, rub it into the face as if doing a light massage and make sure that the cream is absorbed by the skin. Use your sunscreen 3 times a day during the summer period. Even if you are out sunbathing, do not forget to refresh your cream every 2 hours.

.
PROTECT YOUR SKIN HEALTH WITH NATURAL MASKS

During the periods when we use sunscreen, we also need to pay attention to the nutrition of the skin. In particular, you should take care that you do not have a lack of vitamins and minerals. In summer, you should also consume plenty of water and supplement it with soda. Cleaning your skin with soda water when you enter your home in the evening and before going to bed also helps your skin get the mineral support it needs.

.
CUCUMBER MASK

We take half of the medium-sized cucumber, peel it from the peel and grate it. Add 1 tablespoon of homemade yogurt, if possible, 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, 1 teaspoon of honey to it and mix thoroughly. Then apply the mixture on the skin in the form of a mask. Then place the peeled cucumber peels on the mask. wait 20-30 minutes and rinse with plenty of water. This mask will moisturize our skin, allowing it to get the minerals it has lost. It will also help make your skin healthier, creating a detox effect.

.
THE DETOX MASK

It will be very useful for us to detox for your skin once a week during the summer period. The most natural detox product is coffee. Save the coffee of the Turkish and filter coffees we drink during the day. Apply this for a week to moisturize slightly, cover your skin completely, and wait 20 minutes. Then rinse with plenty of water.

.
NATURAL CARE MASK

Slice the banana finely. Then mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil together with the white of the egg until it becomes slightly white. Add the bananas to this mixture and continue stirring. Bananas, after mixing thoroughly, apply to the skin in the form of a mask. leave for 20-30 minutes, then wash your skin. This mask helps the skin to look more well-groomed, increasing the synthesis of collagen and stem cells.
