Don’t let the spring sun harm your skin

Do you know how much damage even the spring sun does to your skin?

We have left the dark winter days behind, and with the sun starting to show its face and make itself felt, we would like to get rid of the winter tranquility by throwing ourselves out.. The desire to be in nature, where everywhere is covered with colorful flowers and green, multiplies in all of us. We enjoy the day by taking a walk in the fresh air, sitting in tea gardens, cafes and drinking our tea and coffee. While we are digesting the pleasure of the spring months and without realizing it, the first sun rays of spring quickly cause sunburn, sun spots on our facial skin, on areas such as hands, arms, shoulders that are open. Especially in the spring months, it is necessary to protect from the sun even in cases where the sun becomes steep but the temperature does not rise. This sun is no longer the old sun, as it is known. Unfortunately, sitting coolly against the sun, lying down on the grass, enjoying the old days are left now. It has been scientifically proven that the thinning of the ozone layer, the harmful rays of the sun affect us more, direct exposure to the sun without our sunscreens causes skin spots, skin burns and skin wrinkles. Especially the first rays of the sun, it would be very important behavior for your skin care and health not to take our sunscreen out of our bag during these spring months.

How many factors should our sunscreens have in spring

Many daily creams and foundations contain at least 15 protective factors in their content. But still, they do not have many protection factors from the sun. They may be enough in winter, but they do not have enough protective factor in the spring and summer sun. For daily use, it should be at least SPF 30+, the most ideal, of course, is the water-based sun guard fluid LS 50. It shows the ability of the product to protect the skin against sun damage, especially against UVB.

When and how should we use sunscreens

In our daily life: If you spend the vast majority of your time in the car, by the window in your office or outside, you should definitely use sunscreen.

How to use: Apply a daily moisturizer in the morning after cleansing your skin, apply your sunscreen to the face, neck and décolleté, especially directly exposed to the sun, 5- 10 minutes before leaving the house, or even you can apply it to your hands and arms. Ladies who wear makeup can easily apply makeup on sunscreen, so you can use foundation, blush. This way, you will protect your skin against the damage that the sun’s rays will cause to you ( spots, redness and skin aging ).

With a wish for days full of healthy beauty
