Is your skin ready for summer ?

In summer, our skin requires more, attentive and careful care. By changing the rhythm of care that we apply to our skin during the winter months, you need to apply the rhythm of care that adapts to the summer season. Because hot humid air increases sweating and sweat also increases irritations. The sun’s rays increase pigmentation and skin spots are formed.

Salty sea water and chlorinated pool water, on the other hand, dry the skin too much, the skin thickens and the skin wrinkles prematurely. If you do not want to see these skin problems on your skin in the summer, I have counted. What you need to do is apply the treatments that adapt to the summer season. You will enjoy the sun, the sea and the pool without having skin problems.

The rhythm of care that adapts to the summer season

1- Before starting sun baths, sea and swimming sessions, be sure to have intensive skin care applied by a professional specialist. Your skin is cleared of comedones, dead layer, pores are compressed, the skin gains vitality by breathing. Then the products you use penetrate the skin better.

2- Your skin needs to be cleaned regularly, moisturized and protected from the sun in daily home care.

3- Daily care rhythm: By cleaning your skin with cleansing foam, it is cleaned of dust, sweat and dirt. Then the fecial tonic should be wiped off and moisturize with the moisturizer that is suitable for your skin type.

4- In summer, whether on vacation or in city life, make sure to apply your sunscreen before leaving the house.

5- After 10 minutes of daily household maintenance, apply water-based sunscreen sun fluid LSF 50 to the entire face, neck, décolletage.

6- Hours when the sun’s rays are less: you can start sun baths in the shade between 00.07 and 10.00 and 16.00.

7- If you want to tan without sun, you can use the oxygen pressure method. Because with oxy bronze, you can get a healthy tan as a result of applying the tan you will earn in a month. You can even apply it yourself at home.

8- In summer, our body needs water more, it regains the water we lose through sweat by consuming plenty of fluids. Water, mineral water, ayran, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, for example carrot juice, tomato juice, apricot juices prevent skin burns.
