LASER ASSISTED SEAMLESS IMPLANT APPLICATION

Before the application of a laser-assisted implant in Antalya Turkey, a three-dimensional computed tomography is taken from the patient to obtain detailed information about the bone tissue in which the implant will be placed. Thanks to this, the pain sensation disappears and the healing process becomes much faster.

An implant made using a laser is known to be minimally invasive. This method can be applied in any area where the bone volume is appropriate. Before the application of a laser-assisted implant, a three-dimensional computed tomography is taken from the patient to obtain detailed information about the thickness and width of the bone tissue in which the implant will be placed. In this application, only the area of the gum to be implanted is opened using any of the erbium, diode, nd-yag or co2 lasers. After reaching the bone tissue, a mill with an implant diameter is opened with an erbium laser in its compact part, which is the hardest part of the bone, and the implant is placed there. After the laser-assisted implant, biostimulation is performed with diode or nd-yag lasers.

Turkey Medicals, “With this application, the pain that may occur after the operation is eliminated and tissue healing is accelerated.”

.
ADVANTAGES

In these applications, since only the gum and bone process is performed in the area where the implant will be applied, the recovery process after the operation is short and fast. All kinds of bone surgery operations and implant applications with the hydrokinetic cutting technique of Erbium-YSGG lasers can be performed without damaging the bone tissue, without thermal damage, and bone fusion after the operation is at the maximum level. Before the application of a laser-assisted implant, a computerized three-dimensional tomography is taken from the patient to find out the density and condition of the bone tissue, so that a risk-free and high-quality operation is performed in a short time. All On Four and Colombus Bridge methods, which are now being applied worldwide, heal faster when applied with laser support because there are no open wounds and stitches, and prevent food accumulation, making it easier to use teeth after surgery. Especially when there is a bone that is suitable for the application of a laser-assisted implant, especially in the absence of a single tooth, a porcelain tooth can be applied to the tooth using an implant and a CAD-CAM method, and a permanent tooth can be glued in as little as two hours and made available to the patient.

.
IS A SEAMLESS IMPLANT POSSIBLE?

Each surgical operation involves a number of risks. One of the most difficult applications among surgical operations dec surgical operations performed on bone tissue. Implant surgeries, which are widely used in dentistry today, are actually one of these difficult surgical operations. The healing rate of bone tissue is much slower than that of soft tissue. For example, a typical skin wound or stitch decovers within a week, while in bone tissue this period ranges from three weeks to six weeks, and in some cases it takes much longer. Since implant application is a surgical intervention performed on bone tissue, it is of great importance to ensure that bone tissue heals as soon as possible and is attached to the applied implant. That is why scientists are trying to develop technologies that will allow implant surgery to be performed with minimal damage to the patient. The studies conducted show that the absence of damage to the surrounding tissues is also of great importance for the faster healing of wounds. That is, the rate at which the implanted bone tissue accepts the implant depends on the damage caused by gum surgery. The less damage, the faster the recovery means. Implant placement without incision is a major stage in implant application to increase the patient’s recovery rate and improve the quality of life.

.
WHY DO PHYSICIANS STILL MAKE INCISIONS?

Physicians are trying to estimate the anatomy of the patient using only two-dimensional panoramic X-rays. Unfortunately, it is not possible for them to see if the bone thickness is suitable for the implant to be installed with this method. For this reason, surgery is performed first until the bone reaches the bone, and if the bone is suitable, the implant slot begins to open. Of course, many quality parameters for patient comfort, such as the angle at which the implant socket will stand in the bone, the angle at which the implant will create a force on the jawbone if the patient chews food, and its effects on the patient, are also performed without planning the implant operation. The most important reason dec there is a huge difference between implant applications is due to the neglect of such parameters that can actually be planned. Now you can see the entire anatomical structure of the patient in three dimensions, make a plan according to it, and then give this plan to the patient by 0.1 mm. we have a chance to implement it with precise robotic navigation. This system, which reduces the risks faced by the patient and increases the chances of success of the physician and the quality of service, is preferred by dentists who invest in innovation. Patients are much safer now.

.
IF YOU ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THESE, CONSIDER THE IMPLANT

If you are complaining about one or more of the following problems, you can get rid of all these problems and get long-lasting oral and dental health thanks to implant treatment:

If you have difficulty getting a taste with prostheses covering your palate,

If your dentures often fall out of your hands and break while washing,

If the movable prostheses you use disrupt your speech,

When eating, food debris escapes under the prostheses and an odor occurs,

If you can’t eat everything you want because of your teeth,

If the bridge you are using is making your feet ache,

If your mobile dentures make another part of your mouth painful every day,

If you can’t use your upper and lower dentures without glue,

If you think that the natural appearance will deteriorate when you make a bridge with a lack of front single teeth,

If you have one or more missing teeth or no teeth at all,

If there is a lack of teeth on the back of your jaw,

If you want to protect yourself from bone resorption caused by a lack of teeth.

.
STERILIZATION SHOULD BE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

Turkey Medicals, “Our advice to patients who will have implants is this: Patients who will have implants should investigate whether the hospital clinic or practice where they will have implants necessarily has a panoramic or dental tomographic imaging system that helps to view the surrounding tissues of the mouth and teeth. Because sometimes it may be necessary to take two to three or even more X-ray images during an implant operation. The necessity of equipment should also be asked in order to prevent bleeding that may occur during the implant operation in Turkey. The need of maintaining the sterilization system at the highest level should be investigated.” was said.
