METHODS THAT FACILITATE IMPLANT TREATMENT IN TURKEY

Missing teeth in the mouth are both an aesthetic problem and can lead to health problems. Currently, the most ideal method to supplement missing teeth is an implant. The laser-assisted implant in Istanbul and Antalya clinics can be applied in any area where the bone volume is appropriate.

Turkey Medicals – thanks to the navigated implant technology in Turkey, the problems that may be encountered during implant applications are determined in advance and there are no surprises during Antalya and Istanbul clinic JCI hospital center surgery.

.
Millions of people around the world experience tooth loss due to aging, accidents, diseases and other causes. Ignoring missing teeth can make us have to deal with bigger problems ahead. Because although tooth loss is actually an aesthetic problem, it can turn into a health problem for a long time. A tooth is not just a ‘tooth’! Teeth are parts of a complex system in which each element plays an important role. Therefore, the lost teeth must necessarily be treated. At this point, we are faced with implant treatment.

.
AN IMPLANT TO REPLACE MISSING TEETH

Currently, implant treatment is considered an important stage to prevent problems caused by lost teeth. An implant is an ‘artificial tooth root’ that is placed in the jawbone to replace missing teeth or teeth to achieve the function of a natural tooth. After the implant is placed in the jawbone, crowns, bridges, movable or fixed prostheses can be made on it according to the need. Thus, the implant provides the function of the natural tooth and has an aesthetic appearance. Implants combine with the bones in the jaw to create support in the mouth to prevent further tooth loss. Implants; it is a biological material and is made of titanium compatible with dental tissue and bone accepted by the human body. Although there are different types of implants, the most commonly used implant type is the one in the form of a ‘screw’.

.
ANTALYA LASER ASSISTED IMPLANT

Implant applications performed using a laser are known as a minimally invasive method. This method can be applied in any area where the bone volume is appropriate. In this application, only the area of the gum to be implanted is opened using a laser, and after reaching the bone tissue, an implant-sized mill is opened with an erbium laser in the compact part of the bone, which is the hardest part, with an erbium laser. The implant is inserted into the opened milling cutter. After laser-assisted implant application, biostimulation is performed with diode or nd-yag lasers.

Thanks to this application, the pain that may occur after the operation is eliminated and tissue healing is accelerated.

The advantages of a laser-assisted implant are as follows:

In this application, the healing process after the operation is short because only the gums and bones are treated in the area where the implant will be applied.

With the hydrokinetic cutting technique of Erbium-YSGG lasers, all kinds of bone surgery operations and implant applications can be performed without disturbing the bone tissue and thus the bone fusion after the operation is at the maximum level.

Before the application of a laser-assisted implant, a 3-D computed tomography is taken from the patient to obtain all the details about the width and depth of the bone tissue in which the implant will be placed. Thus, no surprises are encountered during the operation and the operation is completed in a short time.

All On Four and Columbus Bridge methods, which are now being applied worldwide, heal faster when applied with laser support because there are no open wounds and prevent food accumulation because there are no stitches, making it easier to use teeth after surgery.

Especially in single tooth deficiencies, when appropriate bone is found by applying a laser-assisted implant, the implant is applied immediately, ceramic reconstruction is performed on the tooth above the implant using the CAD-CAM method. A permanent tooth can also be glued in as little as two hours and made available to the patient.

.
NAVIGATION IMPLANT TREATMENT

The Surgical Guidance System, called the Navigation System, guides the doctor by transmitting all dental, oral and maxillofacial information to the doctor and determining the most appropriate place where the implant will be made.

The system reduces the margin of error to zero by alerting the Turkey doctor if there is a shift from where it was detected during treatment. Thanks to the system, the doctor does not need to cut the gum and see the bone. With this technology, all detailed information from the location of the nerves to the bone thickness is obtained instantly, and appropriate treatment is achieved reliably. The advantages of navigation implant technology are as follows:

Thanks to this technology, problems that may be encountered during implant applications are determined in advance, analyzed and no surprises are experienced during surgery in Turkey.

It allows you to place the implant at the right angle and position.

After the operation, because there are no surgical cuts, bleeding and stitches, very fast recovery is achieved

It eliminates unsuccessful results and nerve injuries encountered in implant treatment.

.
ORAL HYGIENE IS IMPORTANT DURING AND AFTER IMPLANT TREATMENT

Inflammation of the tissue around the implant; infections that begin in the soft tissue around the implants that are integrated with bone tissue, which can lead to the melting of the bone surrounding the implant and even the loss of the implant if left untreated.

These problems may occur due to reasons such as lack of attention to sterilization during implant placement, inability to adjust the force distribution well, lack of resistance to initial placement, or lack of oral hygiene for some time after implant placement. After an accurate diagnosis and an appropriate treatment plan, such problems usually do not occur around implants that are made according to the rules.

.
ANTALYA LASER TREATMENT

Both the toothbrush and the interface cleaners should be cleaned regularly around the implants as well as the natural teeth. In case of lack of oral care around the implant, complaints such as bleeding, purulent discharge and bad breath occur during brushing or spontaneously in this area, which is an indication of inflammation of the tissue around the implant. If the inflammation of the tissue around the implant concerns only soft tissue, laser treatment of this area gives quite successful results. With the help of the laser, the pockets formed in the area are eliminated and the existing infection is eliminated by bacterial sterilization.

This procedure is easily performed in a very short time under local anesthesia and is quite successful as long as the patient pays attention to oral hygiene and comes to regular check-ups for six months.

In cases where inflammation of the tissue around the implant surrounds the bone, it is possible to open and clean the area and, if necessary, reconstruct it with bone graft applications. Nd-YAG, Diode, CO2, Erbium lasers in Antalya and Istanbul Turkey are used individually or in combination to treat such conditions and successful results are obtained.
