A healthy chewing function is so important for the body that even a lost tooth can lead to a violation of balance. The missing tooth image primarily spoils the person’s smile. Cavities formed by missing teeth cause lips and cheeks to collapse and wrinkle, creating an older and weaker image on the face.


Although there are various techniques for eliminating dental deficiencies caused by various reasons, implants are one of the greatest blessings that technology brings to us. Titanium screws compatible with the tissues placed inside the jawbone, that is, implants, fuse and become stronger with the jawbone over time. In the area of the missing tooth, the neighboring teeth are turned over into the cavity, the opposite teeth extend into the area of the missing tooth, and therefore the chewing function decreases.

It becomes difficult to clean and care for overturned or elongated teeth. Caries, sensitivity, gingivitis, and pain can occur in the teeth. This also increases the risk of losing other teeth.

Dental deficiencies can cause the remaining teeth to decongest. Dec This condition can lead to mismatch and asymmetry between the middle line of the teeth and the middle line of the face.

Because there is no chewing function in the missing tooth area, thinning and melting of the jawbone, which we call resorption, is observed.

As we have described, missing teeth are an important problem not only in terms of aesthetics, but also in terms of health. Since most people do not care about this situation, they try to maintain their lives with missing teeth.

In addition to these features, the implant looks and functions like your natural teeth. It eliminates the lack of chewing and speech function caused by tooth loss.

It protects the bone around the removed tooth and prevents bone resorption, which makes the boundaries of the prosthesis look like a natural tooth.

The ‘surgical guidance system’, called the ‘Navigation system’ in the medical field; informs the doctor of all dental, oral and maxillofacial information in dental treatment and guides the doctor by determining the most suitable place where the implant will be made. The system warns the doctor if there is a shift from the place it detects during treatment, reducing the margin of error to zero. The overall functioning of the system is based on the surgical planning with very detailed digital tomography information received from the patient and the implementation of this plan to the patient during the intervention.

Three-dimensional planning and digital tomography provide a great advantage over panoramic X-ray. Thanks to the system, the doctor does not need to cut the gum and see the bone. In implant treatments, the doctor reaches the bone by cutting the gum and follows a treatment path by looking at the bone. With this technology, all detailed information from the location of the nerves to the bone thickness can be obtained instantly, and appropriate treatment can be achieved reliably. The system, which offers the possibility of implant treatment safely and quickly, prevents bleeding and discomfort caused by incorrect implant application, as well as doctor’s errors.


In laser-assisted implant applications, the recovery period after the operation is short because only the gum and bone process is performed in the area where the implant will be applied.

With the hydrokinetic cutting technique of lasers, all kinds of bone surgery operations and implant applications can be performed without damaging the bone tissue and without thermal damage. Thus, bone fusion after the operation is at the maximum level.

Before the application of a laser-assisted implant, a 3-D computed tomography is taken from the patient to obtain all the details about the width and depth of the bone tissue in which the implant will be placed.

In this way, no surprises are encountered during the operation and the operation is completed in a short time.


The ‘surgical guidance system’ consists of three stages. At the initial stage, a 3-D tomography of the jaw is taken. Detailed jaw-bone information obtained thanks to the tomography taken is displayed in 3D. This information is transferred to the Surgical guidance system. Then sensors with eyes inside are placed in the patient’s mouth. Thanks to these verbal receivers, all the millimeter movements made by the doctor are reflected on the monitor.

The Turkey doctor can easily see the jaw information, the depth of the nerves and the bone quality in this area by seeing the area he will treat on the monitor. Sensors alert the doctor in seconds, allowing the implant slot to be opened in the most correct place.

Proper preparation of the implant socket and reduction of surgery complications accelerate the boiling of the implant to the bone.


Thanks to the navigation technology, problems that may be encountered during implant applications are determined in advance, analyzed and no surprises are experienced during surgery. It allows the implant to be placed at the correct angle and position.

Modern technology support is limited for implant application, despite the 3-D imaging technology in the lower jaw area. This causes a drill without details that is not in the appropriate place, and this leads to slow and inadequate healing.
