HOW TO GET THE BEST FACIAL IMPLANT

In cases where the proportion of formations on the face is incompatible, enlarging or reducing plastic surgery can be performed on some bones on the face in order to balance this proportion. Cutting bones and shaving bones are considered diminutive operations, while placing implants that are compatible with tissues in the body, i.e. prosthetics, are considered magnifying operations.

Facial implant application can be applied to the patient’s lower jaw bone called the Mandible, the upper jaw bone called the Maxilla, and the cheekbone called the Zygoma.

FACE IMPLANTS IN ANTALYA AND ISTANBUL

Jaw tip implants are an operation in which the implant is placed at the end of the patient’s jaw in cases where the lower jaw bone is small and the end of the jaw is behind it, thus making the jaw longer and correcting proportion on the face. In this process, silicone jaw tip implants made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which are in extremely great harmony with the human body and have been used for a long time to serve as a patch instead of large diameter vessels that are clogged in the body in the medical field, are used.

These prostheses are similar to half a month and are manufactured in different thicknesses and lengths. Thanks to the special porous structure they have, they enter the small pores in the bone cells over time and create an ossification state in the area in which they are located. This intervention is carried out by an incision made from inside the patient’s mouth, through the groove located between the lips and teeth, or by a horizontal incision of 2 to 3 centimeters applied to the skin from the lower part of the jaw. This procedure can be performed using local or general anesthesia in a way that is relevant to the patient’s demand and other procedures that will be combined together.

In general, this application is carried out with the aim of balancing the proportion on the face in the same operation together with rhinoplasty. After surgery, severe swelling and bruising are not observed, the patient is discharged on the same day. Flasters placed at the tip of the jaw are removed after 1-2 days. A diet of liquid-weighted soft food is recommended for several days in procedures performed inside the mouth.

Implants of the lower jaw bone (mandible) angle area open the lower jaw bone (mandible) in the lower and anterior area of the earlobe a few inches. In patients with insufficient mandible development, it is common to use polytetrafluoroethylene implants in terms of balancing the ratio in the area and in order to create a bone with a more angled protrusion. The Shape of these implants is L-shaped and there are varieties manufactured in different thicknesses and lengths.

The operation takes place with an incision made inside the mouth. After surgery, the patient is discharged on the same day, and elastic bandages placed on the face are removed after 1-2 days.

Upper jaw bone (Maxilla) implants in some people, this area may be underdeveloped genetically. This also affects the angular ratio between the lower jaw area and the upper jaw, and the area where the nose is located on the face. An implant made of polytetrafluoroethylene can be inserted through an incision made inside the mouth in patients where this bone is underdeveloped.

This application causes fullness both on the teeth and in the areas next to the nasal wings, and the nostrils allow the area where the wings are located to some extent to come to the front. Maxilla implants are a procedure that is generally combined with rhinoplasty. It can be performed with local anesthesia when applied alone.

.
CHEEKBONE (ZYGOMA) IMPLANTS

Cheekbone (Zygoma) Implants an implant can be applied to create a cheekbone with more protrusion, angular line, and correct the proportion of the face in patients where the protrusion of the cheekbone is insufficient. Polytetrafluoroethylene or silicone prostheses can be used for this area.

Polytetrafluoroethylene prostheses are extremely compatible with tissues in the body and ossify over time due to the special porous structure they have.

Cheekbone implants are manufactured in different thickness and length, the choice of the prosthesis to be placed is made as a result of the evaluation of the facial proportion of the person. The application can be performed with local anesthesia supported by sedation or under general anesthesia. Implants are applied through an incision made from a groove located between the upper lip and teeth inside the mouth. The most important elements that affect the result in this process performed in this area are the size of the implant placed and the appropriate selection of the area in which it is positioned. An appropriate attempt will provide extremely positive results and images in the person.

Another advantage of this process is that it fills the bottom of the fat pillows, which are loosened in people who have started symptoms of old age in the mid-face area. In this way, a more tense and youthful appearance of the Middle face is obtained. Significant degrees of bruising and swelling do not occur after application. The patient can return to his daily life between 1-3 days. Feeding with liquid and soft foods is recommended for several days following the application.
