Wide Hips, Do They Cripple the Knees?

The hips, which expand with the regional fats taken, negatively affect the health of women by increasing the risk of knee disorders 10 times while disrupting the aesthetic appearance of the body.

The fact that the fat in the hips is different in men and women is directly related to the secretion of sex hormones. With the increase of estrogen secretion, permanent fat occurs in the basins, which naturally begin to expand during adolescence, under the influence of unhealthy diet, genetic predisposition and inactivity in later life. In addition, women have a fertile structure. Therefore, the pelvic bones are wider than those of men. As a result, it is a natural process for the hip regions to store fat and become the first weight-gaining region. The fat cells here are large and resistant. It shows a constant tendency to increase. However, the total adipose tissue in the body should be no more than 30 percent of the body weight.

Why Do Wide Hips Wear Out the Knees?

Excessive weight accumulation in the hips and hips poses an insidious risk to knee health. The pounds in this area exert a serious pressure on the knees under the influence of gravity. It can lead to an inward opening of the knee structure. By weakening the strength and resistance of the knee joint, cartilage tissue, knee ligaments, it puts women in a 10-fold more predisposed and sensitive state compared to men in terms of knee ailments and injuries. When the weight on the hips is accompanied by fat around the waist, the load on the knees increases more.

Women who do not have time for sports and a balanced diet, if there is also a familial predisposition, as soon as they start gaining weight from the hips, it can be prevented from gaining more weight. For this purpose, laser lipolysis or vaser lipo and liposuction methods are extremely effective medical methods for the destruction of regional fats.

The Ideal Time For Fat Removal

The ideal time for the application of body shaping and fat removal methods is the first stage when the body starts to become fat regionally. But in the later stages, it is also applied frequently and successfully in a combined manner.

How is the Basinfat Tissue Destroyed in 1 Hour?

The elimination of excess fat in the hips, which is the source of pressure applied to the knees, with these methods without risk is performed in a single session. Powerful laser beams are applied in the laser lipolysis method to liquefy the adipose tissue in the hips by breaking down under the skin, and special sound waves are applied in vaser lipolysis. If the fat tissue to be eliminated is small, it is absorbed by the body, if it is excess, it is pulled out by liposuction procedure. Because the fats are broken down, it is passed from the basins to prevent weight gain and fat formation again.

The procedure is completed in an average of 1 hour under local anesthesia and the patient is discharged on the same day. Possible relaxation of the skin is ruled out thanks to the production of collagen during these procedures. Thanks to the procedures performed from small incisions that do not require stitches, the scar forms in the form of slight discoloration and turns to skin color over time. The patient is usually able to start working on the second day, and it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the hips to fully sit up. During the fat removal process, nerves and capillaries are not damaged, there is no bleeding.

It is useful for the aesthetic operation performed to prevent the fat from breaking down and forming again to pay attention to the patient’s nutrition in order for it to be permanent for many years. After the combined application of one or more of the liposuction procedures with laser lipolysis or vaser lipo, the hips brought to their ideal dimensions will not tire the knees as before, they will cease to be a factor for the risk of wear and injury.

Hope to see you in our next post,
Stay with health and love…
