The foods mentioned in the Qur’an, which do not end with counting the benefits, are almost a shield from diseases when consumed regularly. These nutrients, which protect the body and shield it from many diseases, especially cancer, also strengthen the lungs. So, what are the foods known for their healing power and mentioned in the Qur’an? Here are the super foods known for their miraculous effect…

It maintains sugar balance by ensuring regular secretion of insulin in the pancreas. It makes childbirth easy. It activates milk hormones in the mother’s milk.

The flavonoid contained in it contains the substance tannin, known as polyphenol anti oxidam. Tannin inflammation is a substance that prevents bleeding in the body. It also has an oligo element (rare elements) in it:

It contains polyphenol, which prevents hardening of the arteries; it is especially present in the first extra virgin olive oil. Reduces the rate of developing stomach cancer. Increases breast milk.

It has now been proven by scientific studies that this prevents cancer. Prevents the formation of stomach ulcers.


It accelerates digestion and metabolism. In this way, it takes a very helpful place in weakening. It accelerates the passage of nutrients to the small intestine by accelerating the breakdown of nutrients by stomach acid.

It is very effective for hair loss that is opened in the form of money (without fungal infection) when it is applied to the scalp in the head 2 times a day for 2 months.

For insomnia, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons honey are dissolved in 1 glass of warm water and drunk (1.5 hours after dinner) to help sleep. For weight loss, it is recommended to drink 1 teaspoon after meals 3 times a day (never on an empty stomach).
