Lip exercises: the muscles around your lip begin to sag faster as you age. It is possible to prevent sagging with this exercise. First, make your mouth the letter “O” and wait 3 seconds like this. Do this 10 times. Then stretch your finger sideways by placing it under the end of the upper lip. Muscle your lower jaw back.
