What are the skin problems experienced today and why are they increasing ?

Today’s people, while benefiting from the positive resources of technology, unfortunately do not realize at all that they are taking away from themselves, their self-confidence and their body!

What are these negatives ?

– Working in an indoor environment

– Breathing artificial air

– Being in front of a computer all day and being busy with radiation-emitting devices such as a mobile phone.

– Irregular, unhealthy diet, especially consuming additive foods and refined sugary desserts.

– Inaction, that is, not working on me.

– Neglect of skin cleanliness

– Using the wrong cosmetic and chemical products.

– We are also negatively affected by external factors. Factors such as air pollution, exposure to harmful rays of the sun create problems that negatively affect both the proliferation of skin problems and our body health. We can list it as the cause of skin problems.

What are the skin problems that are increasing today?

Especially in recent years, skin problems have multiplied. We are faced with acne, acne, sensitive capillary skin structures, sun spots, acne scars, scars and skin problems that age too early.

Acne- acne, which is the nightmare of teenagers in the first ranking and has increased very greatly

Acne – the normal course of acne

Acne that appears in youth, the cause of acne, are the changes that people experience during the transition period from childhood to youth. Hormones that ensure physical maturity cause more oil production in the sebaceous glands. These excess fats are blocked due to the concentrated fat mass in the channels that allow passage to the skin surface. Acne, the main cause of acne is blockage.

Acne, how acne develops

The pores on the skin cannot breathe due to blockage, and it turns black from external factors, as well as makeup residues, i.e. dust, dirt. The black spots we see on our skin, comedones form, and these comedones are acne.

The transformation of acne into acne

Bacteria seep through the blocked sebaceous glands into the ducts, causing inflammation in the blocked sebaceous gland, and acne turns into acne. This is the cause of typical teenage acne- acne that teenagers also experience.

Acne – the reason for the increase in acne ?

Unfortunately, young people today are eating irregular, unhealthy diets and consuming hormone-containing foods with additives. Due to inactivity, it creates stress on their bodies and they live extremely dependent on technology. These addictions also bring skin problems with them. In addition, neglect of skin cleansing, improper use of cosmetics and use of products with chemical content. Acne, we can list them as the reasons for the increase in acne. The sequel is in the next post!
