Focus on the ideal size in Istanbul breast aesthetics

The medical view of breast aesthetic operations is developing and changing every day. In Istanbul breast augmentation surgery, it is important not to get away from reality and to capture the ideal size.

The perception of aesthetic breasts has been changing over the years. Currently, what is expected from breast augmentation surgery is that the result is natural-looking, properly shaped and symmetrical. It should also be aimed to be proportional to the rest of the body. The ideal result of the operation is not related to how much the breast is enlarged, but to the capture of ideal measurements.
.

A person’s own existing breast tissue and structure are the most important part in determining how the surgery will be performed. Aiming for the best result with the smallest prosthesis is the approach that will provide the most benefit to the person in the long run.

Who can have breast augmentation surgery?

Any woman over the age of 18 who is not satisfied with her breast size can have this surgery.

How is breast augmentation surgery performed?

Breast augmentation surgery is performed with silicone prostheses adapted under the breast tissue. The implant is placed by entering the desired plan with an incision made about 5 inches long under the breast.

Which plan is it more appropriate to place the prosthesis in?

The prosthesis can basically be put into two plans. The first is the six plan. The second is the upper muscle breast tissue is six plans. The choice of plan and prosthesis varies depending on the patient’s current condition. It is necessary to adjust the plan according to the amount of breast tissue present. If the existing breast tissue is sufficient, it is necessary to put the prosthesis on the muscle. If there is little or no breast tissue, the prosthesis is placed under the muscle to provide a sufficient amount of breast tissue to cover the prosthesis.

Does the scar remain after the operation?

One of the most curious topics is ‘Will there be a trace?’ is the question. It is absolutely necessary to make an incision for the placement of the prosthesis. This incision is on average 5 inches long and the breast is stored in six folds. The scar due to the incision is inevitable. However, the trace is stored by taking advantage of the normal anatomical structure of the body.

Can she breastfeed after breast augmentation surgery?

During the operation, no intervention is made to the breast tissue and milk ducts. In any case, the prosthesis remains behind the breast tissue.

What kind of process is waiting for them to have surgery?

The operation takes about 45 minutes. It is performed under general anesthesia. The duration of hospitalization is one day. The patients are discharged the next day. A bath can be taken on the fourth day after surgery. There may be pain after surgery. However, this pain is relieved with painkillers. Daily activities can be started after a week. It is necessary to wait one month for light sports and three months for heavy sports. A special bra is used after the operation. This bra is designed to minimize the pressure on the breast tissue. So the scars heal better. It is recommended to use this bra for one month. Routine checkups are planned for the first week, the first month, the third month, the sixth month and the first year.

Well-known mistakes

Breast implants have been used in breast augmentation surgeries for many years. Along with the technology that is developing every day, implant technologies are also developing. The breast implants used today have reached the most ideal structure in the light of the experiences gained over the years. The main material of the implants is a silicone-based structure that does not undergo any reaction inside the body. I want to share with you five erroneous information about breast implants:

1- Breast implants can be easily damaged: The strength of breast implants is greater than the strength of human tissue. Therefore, the risk of being damaged by physical trauma is quite low. Damaged implants do not have any negative effects on the body. The capsule formed around the implant keeps the implant contents stable where it is located. In addition, damaged implants are usually understood by chance with an MRI taken for another reason or for control purposes. When such a condition is detected, the damaged implant is removed and a new one is replaced.

2- It is necessary to replace breast implants after a certain period of time: Although the service life of breast implants is stated as an average of 10 years, implants produced with today’s technology can be used as long as no problems are encountered.

3- Breast implants prevent breastfeeding: Breast implants are placed behind the breast tissue. Milk ducts are not damaged breastfeeding function is not affected by this surgery.

4- Breast implants cause breast cancer: There has been no evidence that breast implants cause breast cancer in surgeries performed so far. Recently, cases of breast implant-related lymphoma have been reported, and this rate is observed at a fairly low rate, which will be one in 30 thousand surgeries. In such a case, the breast implant must be removed.

Stay with love.
