WHAT IS ALLSPICE?

Allspice (Pimenta dioica) is actually derived from the dried fruit of the pimento tree. This unique spice, whose homeland is the tropical regions of America, is called “allspice” because it has the flavor of many spices such as arçın, clove, kakuke, karabiler, ginger.
