SOCIETY FOR AESTHETIC MEDICINE WARNED ‘DECAPITATE AESTHETICS’
Aesthetic doctors in Turkey, with a statement they made, asked that their aesthetic operations be postponed in order to respect all medical personnel and prevent the spread of the virus in these days, when the corona virus affects the entire world.
The Society for Medical Aesthetic Medicine and the Society for Aesthetic Medicine in Istanbul Turkey issued a statement today asking that their aesthetic operations be postponed unless they are obliged to. AN ANNOUNCEMENT TO OUR PEOPLE
Our country is going through a difficult process because of the coronavirus epidemic, as it does all over the world. In order to bypass this process with as little damage and loss as possible, our people need to be more sensitive, conscious and in solidarity. Apart from mandatory situations, staying in our homes, washing hands frequently, using Cologne, such as maintaining basic cleaning behaviors, avoiding contact with third parties as much as possible, the first thing to do individually.
It is our basic civic responsibility to protect ourselves, our family, our environment and our entire country in order to protect ourselves from this viral infection, which is at greater risk of life in the presence of chronic disease and old age. This epidemic possible in our struggle between life and death our greatest supporters, or for any other reason ,altruistic in the circumstances at the cost of losing their own health on the front lines who are fighting doctors , nurses and all healthcare professionals with respect, help and advice and warnings to comply with the most correct behavior to do the task will be.
As physicians who are involved in as elective, i.e. non-mandatory, part of the health field as possible, we are extremely determined to do our part in this process. In order to contribute to social isolation and prevent the spread of viruses, we consider it extremely important to postpone activities related to aesthetic procedures until this process disappears.
