THE LATEST ON OMIKRON: ARE THE CURRENT VACCINES EFFECTIVE ON OMIKRON?

At what time should we get the vaccine? The number one item on our pandemic agenda is OMIKRON, and the following two pieces of information about it seem to be accurate.

The latest situation on Omikron: Are the current vaccines effective on Omikron? At what time should we get the vaccine?

FIRST, the propagation speed of the Omikron is much higher than that of the Delta variant, more precisely, its “transmission ability”. For this reason, it is spreading at an incredible speed in the countries it has reached. For example, in the UK, the fact that the number of cases has exceeded 2 times in just one week makes this information final.

As for SECOND information it seems that the “strength of the disease” created by Omikron is very low, especially compared to the original virus (Wuhan), and this is – for now- a pleasing development. Experts who argue that multiple genetic changes occurring in the new variant Omikron significantly reduce the virus’s ability to cause a more severe disease, rightly believe that this positive development indicates that “the virus is going away” or “tends to turn into an ordinary winter infection.” However, the Omicron questions in our minds and our confusion are not limited to these 2 questions. There are other questions next…

.
ARE CURRENT VACCINES ALSO EFFECTIVE AGAINST OMIKRON?

We don’t have serious studies involving a large number of cases yet, but the first available data show that even mRNA vaccines, which are considered the most powerful vaccines, can provide limited immunity to Omicron. For example, judging by the results of a scientific study conducted in the Republic of South Africa, the BioNTech vaccine can provide a maximum of 33 percent protection against the Omikron variant. This is rather annoying development, given that the BioNTech vaccine provides 80 percent protection against the Delta variant.

.
WILL I NEED A DOSE?

Even the “Hawk-Derivative duo” who found the BioNTech vaccine, which is considered one of the most powerful tools for protecting against COVID-19, made it clear and clear in their previous statements that “2 doses does not mean being fully vaccinated against Omicron” in his latest statements, stated that “for strong protection, the booster dose should be taken 3 months later without waiting for transfer additional period of 6 months”. And then this amazing -and a little early(!)- gave the information: 4. DOSAGE WILL BE REQUIRED! Why?

.
WHEN WILL THE DOSE BE MADE?

According to the available data show that “3 doses of the vaccine significantly neutralized (neutralized) the virus and protected the individual”. But again, Dr. “even in this case, the fourth dose has to be done! In fact, there may even be a possibility that the fourth dose is a new vaccine adapted to the Omicron variant. In short, 3. the dose is “exact”, 4. the dose seems “likely”. And according to my personal opinion, 3. 4. In the middle of the next summer or at the latest in the fall, following the dosage. overdoses need to be done.

.
WILL THE PROCESS TURN INTO A FLU SHOT?

There are other questions in the heads about the dose, as well as long-term solutions. For example, there are even experts who go “one click” further and think that the “fourth dose of corona vaccine” can be given in CONJUNCTION WITH the FLU VACCINE, and in the years after that, corona protection can also turn into a vaccine routine, just like flu protection. For example, the President of German Association of Family Physicians, is one of these specialists.

.
AT WHAT TIME SHOULD WE GET THE VACCINE?

The vaccine with a more robust T-cell and B-cells provide immunity to thank you, also there are some tasks it is our duty to produce antibodies more: before and after vaccination, adequate and quality sleep, eat regularly, exercise, alcohol use that increases the amount of antibody is not rational behavior. And now another new information has been added to them. A study conducted at Harvard University in America when the “IDEAL VACCINATION TIME” was studied, an amazing finding was found: antibody production is stronger in those who get vaccinated in the afternoon! Let us also emphasize that this information applies to “mRNA-type vaccines (BioNTech, Moderna)”.
