WHAT IS UNDER NECK AESTHETICS?
.

No matter what I do, I can’t get rid of this food! I’m not very old and I’m not very overweight either, why do I have under necks? If you have these questions in mind, let’s ask the expert…

Turkey Medicals Co-ordinator, “Aesthetic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Specialist Op. Dr. he explained the under-neck (below-jaw) aesthetic at MedicalPark on the premises.”

1- Why does the under neck droop?

One of the main reasons for this is that the under neck area has a very soft texture. I mean, he’s too fit to sag.

In addition, while gaining and losing weight over the years, the slack is increasing thoroughly. If you are also genetically inclined, you may probably be facing this problem.

2- What is under neck aesthetics?

First of all, let’s understand the word under neck anatomically. under neck is the name given to the area extending from the chin to the neck area. As I mentioned earlier, it has soft tissue by nature, just like under the arms or inside the legs.

3- What methods are used for the aesthetics of this region

Mini neck lift in Turkish private hospitals (Corset-plastymaplasty) operation is performed by entering under the neck and stretching the platysma muscle. Anyway, the reason for the sagging is due to the fact that this muscle has become loose over the years. When this muscle is stretched, it is possible to get rid of flabbiness. In addition, when stretching this muscle, if there is excess fat under the muscle, a more pronounced ‘jawline’ line can be obtained by removing excess fat from the under neck area with liposuction.

After taking the oil from the food with liposuction, it is possible to get a natural and fresh look by giving this oil to various parts of the face with tiny touches on the face. Fat taken from food can be injected into the jawline line, cheekbone and detention area.

It is not as invasive and serious an operation as a real neck or face lift surgery. For this reason, there is nothing scary about it. But it is not a suitable operation for everyone. If this operation is applied to patients with too much sagging, the desired result cannot be achieved. That’s why it’s really important that you research whether you are a suitable candidate to have this operation. The trick to this job is to meet the right treatment with the right patient.

4- How does the operation take place?

Thanks to the incision made under the chin, the platysma area in the neck area is reached. Just as the abdominal muscle and abdominal wall are corrected during the tummy tuck operation, the plastym muscle in the neck area is also corrected by stretching.

This incision is placed from the area where the jaw prosthesis is placed on the jaw and is a maximum of 3 cm long. Over time, the scar in this area heals and is almost invisible. This operation can be combined with liposuction and fat injection operation to the face, as well as combined with jaw prosthesis. Thus, a more feminine image is obtained thanks to the tapering and lengthening jawline.

5- How is the healing process?

There will be swelling in the face and neck area after the operation. The swelling will pass over time and gradually the neck will take on its new shape, the jawline line will become pronounced, and the under neck area will become more tense.

You can return to work 10 days after the operation. after 15 days, you can gradually start doing sports. It is recommended that you do not take a shower for the first 3 days and do not wet that area. the swelling will decrease within 1 month. you may start to see results decently between 3-6 months.
