February 14 Love Handle Aesthetics

Love handle are regional fat formations that occur in the parts of the waist from the sides to the back in women. These fatty tissues, which have increased by an excessive amount, are the dished parts that lovers and partners feel with their hands when they hug each other to reflect emotions, love and love. That’s why it’s called the love handle.

No matter how romantic love handles may sound, they are actually an aesthetic defect. The inward curve between the waist and the hips deconstructs the aesthetic line unique to women, creating a masculine and thick circumference. The fats that make up the love handle tend to increase constantly and spread around the waist in a way that creates the appearance of a greasy bagel. Over time, especially the low waist pops out of the trousers or hangs over the trousers.

Why Does the Love Handle Happen?

There are many factors that cause the formation of this aesthetic problem. The fact that it is in family members directly triggers the formation. Unbalanced, excessive, high-calorie diet, inactivity, being over middle age, imbalance in hormone production, some medications used, very frequent diets and one of the first areas affected by pregnancy weight gain in a woman’s body are love handles.

If we take into account that half of the women in our country are overweight and obese, it would not be wrong to say that we are surrounded by a love handle.

Love Handle Aesthetics with Vaser Lipo and Laser Lipolysis

The regional stubborn large fat cells that form the love handle that adheres to the waist circumference of women are permanently removed from the body by fat removal or body contouring methods. For this purpose, laser lipolysis or vaser lipo body shaping techniques are applied, and if the amount of fat is at an advanced level, liposuction method is activated alone or combined with other methods.

Fats Are Destroyed in Half an Hour

In the laser lipolysis procedure, one of the body shaping methods that is completed between half an hour and 1 hour on average, fatty areas are entered through small incisions that do not require stitches. The required amount of adipose tissue is broken down and allowed to be absorbed and excreted by the body. In some cases, excess fat tissue that has been liquefied is pulled out. The process performed by laser beams is performed by vaser lipo method with sound waves.

If too much fat tissue is involved, liposuction method is used. The operation is mostly performed under local anesthesia. The patient is discharged on the same day. The slight edema and color change occurring in the procedure area decreases to a minimal level in 1 week, and the patient can return to work within 3-4 days. The clearest results of full recovery and thinning around the waist appear at 1 to 1.5 months. In the laser lipolysis and vaser lipo procedure, slight relaxation and sagging of the skin tissue at the operation site are also eliminated without the need for stretching.

After the operation, as long as attention is paid to nutrition and active life, there is no question of weight gain from the same region again for many years.

Stay with health and love…
