It’s Not Enough To Take Care of Our Face
Our décolletage, like our face, is always exposed to environmental influences, especially the sun. For this reason, the fact that the treatments we do to our face are also performed in this area is an indication that we are really taking care of ourselves and that we care about our skin.
As a dermatologist, I look at many criteria when evaluating neck skin. The age of the skin, whether it is dry, how active the neck wrinkles are, that is, whether they are visible, the presence of spots or capillaries on the top layer of the neck (that is, sun damage), and finally, whether the horizontal stripes are deep in accordance with its articulated structure. In addition to the treatment of all these things in the clinical setting, I determine the products that a person can use at home, and if necessary, I determine the food supplements that can be taken orally after a small check-up, such as the facial anti-aging approach intervals.
The most important factor in the aging of the décolleté skin is sun damage, and the second is the bed (pressure-to-be-pressed) lines that develop due to the way of lying down. Especially thanks to the treatments that remove the sun damage on the top layer of the décolleté skin, it is possible to see a great rejuvenation effect. At the beginning of these treatments comes the PB Serum, which is a very new procedure – which, in my opinion, gives miraculous results. PB Serum, in other words EnzymaticHA, provides cleansing of old and shortened collagen fibers in the skin, allowing the skin to liberalize and therefore improve wrinkled skin. This method aims to restore the skin by stimulating the production of new collagen and improving the appearance of wavy skin. EnzymaticHA, hyaluronic acid contained in it, can trigger fibroblasts, which are from the skin’s cells, to produce new collagen, providing deep hydration of the skin. In addition, hyaluronic acid itself is a powerful substance that increases the production of new hyaluronic acids by stimulating a strong cell, almost allowing it to reproduce on its own. There are three types of enzymes in it, of which the enzyme collagenase stimulates the production of new collagen, the enzyme lipase allows the fat inside the fat cell to dissolve, and lyase solves edema by reducing sugar intake.
EnzymatikHA is effective not only in the décolleté area, but also in the treatment of cellulite, as well as in the abdominal area and arms. Thanks to its collagenase content, it is also used in old surgery scars, burn scars and keloid treatment.
I recommend IPL treatment after EnzymaticHA. IPL is an intense pulsed light therapy, also called soft laser. The sun spots on the décolleté, which are thought to be brown freckles, gradually multiply with age, merge with each other and become large spots. In addition, due to the sensitivity of this thin skin to the sun and heat, its capillaries rise to the surface, making it more sensitive and reddened than it is. Thanks to IPL treatment, it is possible to treat both problems. Finally, applying a moisture vaccine largely allows the skin to visibly regenerate and breathe.
