Chin Thinning with Botox
If you have an excessively wide or square face shape, your face can be transformed into a more oval shape with masseter V-Line botox. In addition to aesthetically reducing the jaw and thinning the face, Masseter botox also helps to treat bruxism, i.e. tooth tightening and jaw tightness problems. When applied by surgeons specialized in their field, masseter botox provides highly effective results in jaw reduction and facial thinning.
The masseter muscle is located on the side of the jaw with the angles of the mandible and is one of the four related muscles that perform the chewing movement. By when this muscle is relaxed with botox, the muscle softens and shrinks within a few days. Thus, it provides a thinner jawline and a pointed appearance on the face.
How is it applied?
Masseter botox is applied with a 15-minute procedure in a clinical setting without creating a risk of bruising and edema. Mass botox acts as a neuromodulator on the injected muscle, that is, it helps the muscle to shrink by relaxing at the injection site. Botox acts as a neuromodulator on the injected muscle. The treated muscle does not make a contraction movement for 4 to 6 months and continues its effect. 1 – 2 days after the treatment, the relaxation of the masseter muscle becomes noticeable. Complete relief occurs within 7 to 14 days. The targeted thinning after the first treatment is achieved 1 – 2 months after the treatment. when treatment is applied at intervals of 4 to 6 months, thinning and tapering on the face becomes permanent for a longer period.
This procedure is a procedure that can be applied to both women and men. It is a suitable operation for people whose masseter muscle is over-developed, has a disproportionate face and jaw shape, women who are not pregnant, do not breastfeed, and people who are in good health.
If it is not planned correctly, a person’s smile may change. If the jaw is placed too far up or forward with the injection, it may cause unwanted weakening of the muscles that pull back / raise the angle of the mouth during muscle. In addition, if the chin gets a much thinner appearance than it should, a disproportionate appearance may appear on the face.
Stay with love.
