Causes of Dry Hair

There is a reason why the hair is dry, dull, constantly breaks or falls out. Eliminating the causes is necessary to correct the consequences.

Now let’s take the problems related to hair one by one and see how it can produce solutions.

My hair is very dry, it is constantly electrified.

Did you know that dry hair is related to the wrong or missing vitamins, nutrition? Or the effects of hormonal changes on hair?

Those who have dry hair problems should increase their consumption of healthy fats. In addition, foods containing omega 3 and omega 6 are also important Octobers. So what are they;

Omega 3 is found in meat, fish and some plants. But it is most commonly found in fish such as mackerel, sardines. As a vegetable, purslane is also abundantly available in spinach, cabbage, chia seeds and walnuts.

Omega 6 is mostly found in vegetable oils. For example, almonds, walnuts, cashews, oats contain a lot.

By the way, vitamin C is a natural moisturizer. In other words, it ensures that the hair and skin are saturated with water. By adding citrus fruits to your diet, you will both provide moisture and use a good antioxidant.

Vitamin A deficiency causes the hair’s keratin structure to deteriorate. Vitamin A is needed for hair growth and regeneration.

Hormonal problems and changes are very effective on hair. Thyroid, menopause, improper medication use.

Excessive consumption of coffee, tea, sugar and alcohol. These consumptions make it difficult for vitamin B to be absorbed in the body. Biotin deficiency, which is a type of B vitamin, causes drying, premature bleaching and loss of hair.

It’s time for physical reasons. What causes hair to become dry and constantly electrified?

Excessive washing

Torrid

Improper product use.

It is important to wash the hair with shampoos that do not contain SLS, parabens and alcohol. Thus, the keratin structure of the hair and the scalp are not damaged. Also, when applying shampoo to the hair, wash a hazelnut-sized amount by foaming it at the neck. Make sure that it is rinsed and cleansed with plenty of water and wash your hair no more than 3 times a week.
.

Hot applications, for example blow dryers, tongs and straighteners, cause breaks in structure of the hair and cause it to lose moisture. In order not to cause this, lukewarm applications are more correct.

.
The wrong product selection or the wrong paint selection. It disrupts both the scalp and the keratin in the hair structure. That’s why the hair is dry, breaks and starts to fall out. You can choose organic or certified herbal products.
