Butt appearance, which is one of the most important elements of body beauty for women, has now turned into an aesthetic perception that is becoming popular every day. It is also possible to achieve permanent butt shapes with butt aesthetics operations, which are one of the most popular aesthetic operations. Brazilian type butt and butt shapes identified with some celebrities are also performed with butt aesthetics.

Butt augmentation is not just about making the butt bigger, it is about correcting and reshaping the proportion of the body. Here there is a redistribution of the volume, the volume is taken from an unattractive area and moved to a more pleasant curved position. From this perspective, even a very large woman becomes a candidate, because a closer examination shows that in large coarse meats, there is fat that is improperly distributed, while in suitable aesthetic areas there is a lack of fat volume.

The question is no longer who is a candidate for butt augmentation surgery in Turkey, but rather which augmentation procedure is the best choice for a particular patient.

The most preferred method in butt aesthetics is aesthetic surgeries performed through fat transfer. In particular, fat transfer, which is one of the methods used in cases such as sagging and disfigurement of the butt, is also called Brazilian butt lift surgery. These fat masses taken from areas with excess adipose tissue in the body, especially by injecting into the upper part of the butt, a more upturned, upright and voluminous butt appearance will be obtained. Deformities that can be seen on the butt can also be easily removed by liposuction method.

the patient is discharged the day after the operation and is seen for wound and drain examination on the fifth day. Drains are usually removed 3-5 days after surgery. Oral antibiotics are used until the drains are removed.

Follow-up checks after surgery, 2nd surgery. After week 1. it is observed in a month, then 3 months after the operation, and finally 6 months and 1 year later.

For the first 2 to 3 weeks, it is recommended to sit with specially prepared pillows, lie on his stomach, in a prone position or standing.. The patient can take small walks around the house, but he is asked to limit his activities in order to avoid wound friction and trauma.

In the third week of surgery, the patient is given permission to sit and drive, and is encouraged to do stretching exercises. The patient can usually return to work within 2 to 3 weeks after surgery.

Returning to the gym, on the other hand, depends on the condition of the wound. If everything is in order, the patient can resume his exercises from where he left off 6 weeks after the operation. If there is a risk in the wound, it may be necessary to wait 2 to 3 months before starting the exercises.

1- How persistent are the consequences?

Although this is also a very dependent condition on your surgeon, the results are generally considered to be long-lasting. Inevitably, some of the injected fat will disappear, it is hoped that about 65-70% of the injected fat will be permanent.

2- What happens if I gain weight after BBL?

If you gain weight after BBL, you will also gain weight in fat cells, and it is impossible for you to predict how this weight will be distributed.

3- What happens if I get pregnant after BBL?

Different people gain weight from different parts of pregnancy. Therefore, if you become pregnant after a BBL – it will be natural for you to gain weight. However, you can control how much weight you gain.

After pregnancy, your body changes again, so there is no guarantee how you will look like. Your butt may get bigger or you may need a touch-up.

4- Will there be any traces left after the BBL?

After the Brazilian butt procedure in Turkey, spot scars usually 5 mm tall on average can remain. These traces may become indistinct within 1 year.
