Although the ideal eyebrow shape differs for each individual, it is an unchanging fact that upturned eyebrows add a more lively and vigorous expression to the face. For this purpose, thousands of people resort to eyebrow lifting procedures every year.

WHAT SHOULD BE THE IDEAL EYEBROW SHAPE?

As we mentioned above, there is no ideal eyebrow shape that is the same for everyone. The eyebrow shape that will suit each person’s face shape and general facial contours may change. Some people like short, thick and straight eyebrows, some are thin and long, others favor naturalness. Recently, the image of scattered and upturned eyebrows has become very popular. This image, which we first saw on supermodels, has become a trend all over the world because it looks more natural.

In addition to getting eyebrows to shape the eyebrows, there are options such as permanent makeup and eyebrow botox. Surgery is preferred more because it gives the most effective and permanent results.

What Techniques Are Used in Eyebrow Lift Surgeries?

Eyebrow removal procedures are divided into two groups: surgical and non-surgical. Non-surgical methods include botox, eyebrow lift with a rope (sling), filler injection, Focus Ultrasound and eyebrow lift with a Golden Needle.

Eyebrow Lift with Botox: Botox works by blocking the transmission at the nerve endings. During the eyebrow lifting process, botox is injected into the edges, under and above the eyebrows. Thanks to this, a more upturned appearance is obtained on the eyebrows. Botox application maintains its effect for an average of 6 months.

Eyebrow Lifting by the Sling Method: In this method, also known as eyebrow lifting by rope, the tissues under the skin are removed by the sling method after the eye area is numbed with local anesthesia.

Eyebrow Lift with Filler Injection: It is one of the most practical eyebrows lifting procedures. Eyebrows can be lifted by 1-1.5 mm with filler injection.

Focus Ultrasound: It is a new technology. The subcutaneous tissues are stretched with the ultrasound system. It is a fairly permanent procedure that can maintain its effect for up to 1 year.

Golden Needle: Also known as Scarlet S, this application raises eyebrows by using radiofrequency energy. An average of three sessions are required once a month for effective results.

It seems to be advantageous because no surgical incision is made in non-surgical methods and the procedure time is as short as 10-15 minutes. But the disadvantage of these methods is that their persistence does not last as long as surgical methods.

Get surgical eyebrow lifting techniques-these are temple lift surgery and endoscopic method.

Forehead-Temple Lift Surgery: The only eyebrow lift surgery method known until the endoscopic method was forehead lift surgery. Although impressive results are achieved with this surgery, if the surgical incision is not well hidden in the hair area, it leaves noticeable surgical scars in the future.

Endoscopic Method: It is a great advantage to open very small surgical incisions in the endoscopic method. In this way, the recovery time is shortened, as well as the problem of scarring after surgery is eliminated. In this method, endoscopic instruments are used that pass through tiny incisions that are opened to shape the eyebrows.
