Pay Attention to Your Skin While Tanning!

Nowadays, having a bronze skin has been included in the concept of beauty. However, the ultra-violet rays of the sun damage our skin. We are all equal under the sun. Whether we have blonde, auburn, red or brunette skin, let’s be. All skin types and skin colors are affected by sunlight. Therefore, as well as the benefits of the sun, we should also know how much damage it causes to our skin.

Protection from the effects of sun rays

UV rays are divided into three types: UVA, UVC. The most dangerous are UVC rays, but they are stopped by the ozone layer. The other two are crossing this layer UVB rays can lead to rashes on the skin. It goes down to the epidermis layer and causes a reaction here. The fine capillaries dilate and redness occurs. UVA rays penetrate deeper, they stimulate melanocyte cells that secrete a brown pigment and make the skin tan. It also causes sun spots. But the worst effects are free roots, they damage the biological structure of the skin and cause skin aging. This means that in order to get a tan without damaging our skin, it is necessary to stop UVB rays and protect the skin from the effect of free roots caused by UVB rays. Nowadays, cosmetics containing active ingredients are produced that are effective against free roots. They contain vitamin A- E as an active ingredient. Another important active ingredient is vitamin C. Vitamin C destroys free roots and prevents aging, vitamins A- E nourish and structure the skin.

Example curing: Drink 1 glass of carrot juice every day, you can also consume it as a salad.
