Dipper Ear Aesthetics

The appearance of the scoop ear is that it has a large and distorted shape because it is not suitable for your facial features and should be. The fact that the ears take on the appearance of a scoop is a condition related to the cartilage structure. When you look in the mirror, it is noticeable how much change there is on your face by shaping your ears. It is a non-difficult operation and can give you the appearance you want.

In addition to mostly men complaining about the appearance of scoop ears, women have this condition. Men cannot hide this appearance because they have short hair, while women can hide it with their hair. But how far can it be hidden, the collection of hair is a model that suits every woman. In addition to revealing your facial beauty, bulk hair gives you an attractive appearance. Instead of hiding your ears, the appropriate shape for your face can be determined and the operation can be performed.

Using accessories is one of the indispensable habits of women. One of the things that shows the outfit is the accessory. It can be difficult for women who have a scoop ear appearance to be able to use earrings in their ears the way they want. It is possible to achieve the desired ear appearance without a surgery that requires fear.

How is ear aesthetics performed?

The structure of the ear is evaluated in 2 groups;

– Wide decoupling of the angle between the head and the ear structure,

– The absence of the appearance of cartilage in the ear

The structure of the scoop ear is that the appearance of cartilage does not occur in some ears, and it is a flat ear. In some ears, the angle between the head and the ear is wide. To correct this open ear appearance, which is clearly obvious when viewed from behind, stitches are inserted by making a small incision in the back of the ear, and these stitches stick to the back of the ear and eliminate the appearance of a scoop ear.

There is also a solution to the fact that these ears do not have the appearance of cartilage. In order to ensure the formation of light cartilage instead of the appearance of a flat ear, this fold is again made obvious at the seams, resulting in a beautiful appearance.

The operation is a procedure performed under the replacement of the wide flat and cartilage-free structure of the ear using stitches, taking 1-1.5 hours under general or local anesthesia by making an incision behind the ear so that it is invisible from the outside. There is no need to remove the stitches placed for the ear.

Will there be any traces after the operation?

The incision opened in ear aesthetics remains in the back part of the bucket. When viewed from the front, no trace is visible, and when viewed from the back, no trace is visible in the same way.

Is there an age restriction?

There is no age restriction in scoop ear aesthetics. Even a child of primary school age can do it. It can sometimes be encountered as a different situation by people who are around at a young age. Since 90% of ear development is completed by the age of 6, ear operations can be performed from this age

What should be paid attention to after surgery

– Since the bucket ear operation is a non-difficult operation, you can be discharged if you feel well on the same day after the operation.

– As with any aesthetic operation, slight aches may occur after this operation, these pains will be relieved with painkillers.

– Bruising and swelling may sometimes occur after surgery. There is nothing to be afraid of and it will pass soon.

– The dressing made after the operation stays on the ears for 3 days. Then it is removed and an athlete’s bandage is used. This is because the shape of the ears fits into place.

– It will take the shape of the ear after the operation. Again, it takes 4 weeks for the full shape to fall into place.

– You can take a shower 3 days after the operation. after 5 weeks, you can do activities such as sports.
