Home care after hand rejuvenation methods

Let’s also give the importance we give to our faces to our hands, because it is our hands that express our age the most. No matter how many aesthetic interventions are performed, more than one procedure cannot be performed on the hands. Especially in the troubled days we are in, our hands are getting very worn out, so special suggestions for you.

1- Wash, rinse and dry your hands with paper towels by foaming them abundantly with pure solid soap. Soap should belong to you, choose soap with pure olive oil, pure bay soap.

2- After washing your hands, use a cleansing gel that does not dry out the skin and cleanses it of germs. Especially squeeze it into the palm and feed it by combining both hands, massaging back and forth up to the fingers. Attention, do not rub the hand on the back, it dries the upper skin !

3- Always avoid hot and cold water, wash your hands with warm water

4- Use protective gloves, also we should always protect with normal gloves in cold weather.

5- Apply sunscreen on your hands to protect them from the sun in summer

6- In household chores, use gloves to protect from detergent

7- Apply exfoliation once a week to remove dryness and stiffness in the hands, massage the skin with hand cream. Again, once a week after peeling, apply a hand cream that nourishes the skin in a thick layer and put cotton gloves on it, just lie down. Even if you have some difficulty using it, your hands will be soft as cotton when you get up in the morning.

8- Hand lotion that you can prepare yourself at home, apply to your hands after each hand wash. The dryness of your hands is prevented and softness is gained.

9- Lotion recipe

3 tablespoons of glycerin, 2 lemon juice, 3 teaspoons of sweet almond oil, 1 teaspoon of plant or flower oil from your favorite fragrances.

Put them all in a lotion bottle and shake by closing the lid. You can always carry it in your bag. Use it after hand washing.
