The last 1 month to get fit for the new year! Making new decisions in the new year making new beginnings is everyone’s idea. So how about meeting the new year at the ideal weight by making the biggest of these decisions and losing weight before the new year? Then let’s get started. There are several habits that you need to change first:
1- Water consumption must necessarily be at least 2.5-3 liters
2- At least 20 minutes of walking should be done every day
3- One small bowl of salad should be added to each meal
4- Small plates should be preferred for portion control
5- The stress level should be kept to a minimum
In December 2021, you can apply this detox program intermittently for 3 days.

FOR THE WINTERS IN TURKEY DECEMBER DETOX
Breakfast
1 egg
1 serving of fruit
Lots of greenery
2 whole walnuts
Afternoon
2 scoops of non-cream soup
2 cucumbers
Evening
Practical spinach salad
2 handfuls of spinach (sautéed)
2 tablespoons boiled green lentils
2 tablespoons of yogurt
Let’s consume it all by mixing it.
