WHAT DOES HEALTH MEAN

Health is often thought of as a synonym for not being sick, but this is an incomplete definition.

  • Because a person is not sick or not feeling sick at that moment does not mean that he is healthy. For example, a person who looks very healthy today may have a heart attack the next day.
    .
  • It is natural that this crisis arose due to a disease or dysfunction underlying a healthy appearance. On the other hand, a person who is not in good condition at the time is also not in good health. For example, a person who is sick and feels bad because he is holding a vehicle, of course, does not lose his health.
    .
  • After getting off the vehicle and resting for a while, the body’s functions will regain their former Harmony and balance. In other words, being healthy means the same as not having a chronic or permanent disease.
    .
  • The WHO, which deals with health problems around the world, has made a more precise and far-reaching definition of Health, under the acronym of the United Nations World Health Organization or its English name (World Health Organization).
    .
  • According to this definition, health means being fully compatible and balanced from a physical, spiritual and social point of view, in addition to not being sick and disabled.
