WHAT IS VEGAN NUTRITION? HERE ARE THE NUTRITION MENUS FOR VEGANS

Vegan or veganism can be defined as refusing the consumption of animal food for various reasons. People who practice this type of nutrition should get the nutrients they will get with animal foods from other plant-based foods. In the light of this information, we have listed some of the super nutrition menus for vegans.

1- MENU

1 medium-sized apple

Breakfast:

Pancakes with tofu,tomatoes,mushrooms

2 slices of whole wheat bread

Boiled potatoes (1 medium 1 grain),

Green tea

Snack:

6 tablespoons of kidney bean salad

Lunch:

1 bowl of lentil soup

A sandwich made with 2 slices of whole wheat bread

Freshly squeezed pomegranate juice

Snack:

1 handful of dry-eaten mixture

Dinner:

A dish of spinach, drained from 6 tablespoons of juice

Quinoa salad prepared with 3 tablespoons of quinoa

1 thin half-moon watermelon

Night:

Lemon balm tea

Breakfast:

Snack:

Purslane salad

Lunch:

1 bowl of broccoli soup

Prepared salad with 3 tablespoons of bulgur

10-12 pieces of green grapes

Snack:

1 cup lime juice

Dinner:

4 tablespoons of artichoke meal

3 tablespoons lean boiled pasta

Arugula salad

1 medium apple

Night:

Chamomile tea

Avocado and cashew toast

1 cup soy milk

Tomatoes, cucumbers

Snack:

Medium-sized kiwi

Lunch:

1 bowl of lentil soup

quinoa salad prepared with 3 tablespoons

1 cup of orange juice

Snack:

1 handful of dry-eaten mixture

Dinner:

A dish of eggplant prepared with 1 piece of eggplant

3 tablespoons of rice pilaf

Cherry tomato salad

Night:

Fennel tea
