HOW SHOULD PROPER TOOTH BRUSHING BE?
.
One of the most common mistakes during tooth brushing is the more aggressive and damaging movements with the idea that “I have to clean very well”. When cleaning our teeth, we should avoid harsh movements such as removing dirt between them, almost during the cleaning of bathroom tiles. As you can find details in our article, the average is 3 min. brushing, in which we make circular movements for most of the time, will be the most accurate application, where we do not damage the gums with our brush selection.

Although the general opinion is to use putty to last the toothpaste throughout the brush, it will be enough to use pea-sized toothpaste. You should hold your toothbrush at a 45° angle with the brush tips facing your gums.

You can brush the outer surfaces of your teeth without pressing too hard, gently circular and moving from your gums to your teeth. Our basic direction of movement should be from pink to white, that is, from the gum to the tooth. Don’t forget to make the same movements for internal surfaces. So, again, movements from the gum to the tooth.

You can use the back-and-forth movement in the upper areas of your teeth, which we call the chewing part. Don’t forget to clean the surface of your tongue. For this area, a special layer is used on the back of some toothbrushes. 2 times a day 3 min. You have to brush. After brushing is finished, just spit out the toothpaste. Rinse your mouth with water for a long time and spit will reduce the effect of toothpaste.

Although brushing your teeth is the most important part of the routine care step, we cannot say that 100% is enough alone. Bacteria that cannot grow the hair of your toothbrush and remain between your teeth are the main causes of interface decays. Dental floss, which you will use 1 time every day, will help you for full protection. Mouthwash etc. other oral care products are oral health practices that can support your brushing.

Mouthwash and derivative products alone will not help you unless you brush your teeth correctly and timely. Many mouthwashes, long-term use of taste disorders, teeth coloring, such as side effects should be known. Gum aesthetics, gum health in Turkey is very important for pink aesthetics. Finally, let’s remind you that you should be examined by your dentist in Turkey regularly every 6 months to get accurate information about your dental and gum health, to avoid possible ailments.
