DRINKING LESS WATER MAY CAUSE SOME COMPLAINTS

Be careful if you don’t consume enough water during the day! It should not be forgotten that thirst can also have a share in many problems, from excess weight to fatigue.

The health benefits of water, which accounts for about 60 percent of our body weight, are indisputable. But there are those who don’t like it as much as those who forget to drink water.

This is so wrong… do not separate the water from your side during the day, flavor it with fruits if necessary, as drinking less water may cause some complaints, that is listed as follows:

Weight

Increasing daily water consumption can help to lose weight. Drinking water just before meals leads to a feeling of satiety and reduces appetite. Also, some research shows that water intake can increase the amount of calories you burn daily by speeding up your metabolism. Finally, if you focus on drinking more water, you’re less likely to crave sugary and calorie drinks. Replacing higher-calorie drinks with water is a great way to lose weight.

Skin

Problems: some research shows that water can prevent skin dryness and help keep the skin supple and tense. Because water moisturizes your skin, revitalizes skin cells and balances your skin pH. Skin pH plays an important role in maintaining your skin’s barrier, which lowers your risk for certain skin ailments. Drinking water also reduces hair loss.

Headache

Research shows that water loss is one of the most common symptoms that trigger headaches and migraines. What’s more, some studies prove that drinking water can help ease headaches in those who experience frequent headaches.

For example, in one study, 49 percent of 144 men with migraines who drank more water than normal reported improvements in headache.

Constipation

Numerous studies link low water intake with a high risk of constipation. Increasing hydration can increase bowel mobility and help reduce constipation. Mineral water is especially useful for those with constipation. Studies show mineral water rich in magnesium and sodium improves bowel movement frequency and consistency in people with constipation.

Fatigue

If you are dehydrated, your physical performance may decrease. This is especially important during intense exercise or high temperature. Drinking water after sweat loss both prevents fatigue and reduces oxidative stress that occurs during high-intensity exercise. Remember, even 80 percent of your muscles are water!

Kidney stones

Urinary tract stones are painful clusters of mineral crystals formed in the urinary system. The most common form is kidney stones, which form in the kidneys. Regular water consumption increases the volume of urine passing through the kidneys. This dilutes the mineral concentration so that they are less likely to crystallize and form clusters.

Anxiety

Research shows that people who drink too much water feel more nervous when their water intake drops; they are happy when they increase their water intake. Because being dehydrated disrupts the delicate balance of dopamine and serotonin in the brain, natural chemicals that can increase  and affect depression and anxiety. One of the fastest and easiest ways to improve your mood is to drink a glass of water.

Test yourself for symptoms that indicate drinking less water that can be listed as follows:

– Urinate in a dark color.

– Experience various signs of dryness, mouth, chapped lips, dry skin, reduced sweating.

– Frequent headaches.

– Being tired.

– Frequently experience muscle spasms Nov.

– Having bad breath for no reason.

– Experience difficulty focusing.

Drink a few glasses of water when you experience the above symptoms and see if these symptoms disappear.
