WHY TO BE AWARE OF TURKISH FOODS SOLD ON THE STREET

The warning about food being sold on the street came as temperatures started to rise. With the warming of the weather, the threat to health of nutrients consumed outside has been raised again. Experts note that food exposed to the sun and heat can deteriorate and harm human health.

In the Turkish summer, there was an increase in hospital admissions with complaints of diarrhea, vomiting and nausea, was said and warning was made about the deterioration of nutrients sold on the street during hot weather.

.
THE REASON FOR THE INCREASE IN DIARRHEA, VOMITING AND NAUSEA COMPLAINTS IS POORLY PRESERVED FOODS

Doctor, “With the summer months, we are hearing around us, there is an increase in the number of patients admitted to hospitals complaining of diarrhea, vomiting, nausea,” said a faculty member. The main reason for this is the consumption of poorly preserved nutrients. Bacteria can grow in them if we do not properly store nutrients made under appropriate conditions. These bacteria can cause disease in our body,” he said.

.
THERE IS A HIGH PROBABILITY OF DETERIORATION

Doctor, who said that nutrients should be stored properly, especially in the summer, used the following statements:

Proper heat is required for the reproduction of microorganisms. Chicken stored on high heat is a product that is quick to deteriorate.

If it is not stored in suitable conditions, the probability of spoilage of food sold on the street, left on high heat for a long time is very, very high.

Ice creams sold in the open are risky, desserts, especially chocolate cream desserts, deteriorate much faster.

Mayonnaise can deteriorate very quickly, so products sold on the street can deteriorate much faster in the summer if they are not stored in proper conditions.

.
THERE IS A RISK ON ALL PRODUCTS IN THE SUMMER

There is a risk on all products in the summer. If there is an abnormality in the visual of the product, be sure to pay attention.

If there is a situation other than the product itself in the smell, taste and image, it is necessary not to consume them. We may not know how long that product is out in the summer in Turkey.
.

It is necessary to pay attention to consumption from places where storage conditions are provided. The salmonella microbe can be produced in all products, especially in products containing eggs, chicken and dairy products.
