Pollen allergy: in spring, pollen from weeds, grass, trees and Flowers leads to allergic symptoms in sensitive bodies. Constant sneezing; nasal congestion; eye watering, burning, stinging, Flushing complaints such as and shortness of breath are common symptoms of pollen allergies. These allergic reactions create a state of systemic inflammation in the body and can lead to serious problems. Infectious diseases and heart attacks are some of these complications. Pollen allergy can be confused with Covid-19. Because cough, shortness of breath and nasal congestion are seen in both diseases. But pollen allergies do not show high fever, severe head, joint-abdominal pain, diarrhea, taste and smell disorders.

Heart: this period negatively affects heart and blood pressure patients, vascular system. Heart attack, stroke (stroke), inability to control blood pressure and migraine-type headaches are common during this period. Gastritis, ulser and reflux: diseases of the gastrointestinal tract are also exacerbated in Spring. In addition to ulcers, complaints become evident in gastritis and reflux. Again, in the same way, there are exacerbations in a disease called neural bowel syndrome. This disease, which is of neural origin, makes the body tired.
