RUNNER-UP SERIES
Runner’s knee is the most common type of sports injury. The problem is most common in runners, cyclists, swimmers and people who do aerobics, play football, basketball and volleyball. Excessive use of the knee leads to irritation of the cartilage inside the knee joint and the surrounding ligaments and tendons, which causes these problems.
.
KNEE LIGAMENT INJURIES
Knee injuries can be the result of a blow to the knee, a fall or a fall on a bent knee. These are the most common sports injuries in football players. These injuries are damage to the ligaments and cartilage structures that hold the knee bones together.

.
SHIN SPLINTS
Shin Splints mean pain around the tibia caused by strain of the muscles around the leg bone (tibia). These are most often observed in athletes who start working out in inactive people and very quickly increase the intensity of activity
.
INGUINAL TENSION
This refers to a tension of the adductor muscles located in the upper thigh, which helps to pull the legs together and causes sharp pain, and sometimes swelling, located in the inner of the thigh. This usually happens in activities such as suddenly changing direction while jogging.
