PROPER CLEANSING OF THE SKIN

Turkey Medicals member and International Diploma Cosmetician says, the first condition for healthy and beautiful skin is proper cleansing. It is everyone’s desire to have a more beautiful skin. But in order to achieve this request, we need to make some effort.

“Because our skin is a dress that God has given us. If we take care of the daily cleaning and hygiene of this dress with cleansers that are suitable for all skin types, if we protect it, we will carry this precious dress with great care for life.” was said.

.
THE IMPORTANCE OF DAILY CLEANING

We ensure the health and beauty of our skin by cleansing. Skin cleansing should be carried out with cosmetics that are suitable for any skin. These should be cosmetics that cleanse, without damaging the lipid layer of the skin. In addition, it should not change the acid layer of the skin, that is, its PH value.

.
TYPES OF CLEANSERS THAT ARE SUITABLE FOR ANY SKIN TYPE

Cleansing Foam: The cream-like calming cleansing foam deeply cleanses the skin, protecting it. Soft skin cleansing foam provides deep cleansing for all ages and all skin types, protecting even sensitive skin. It is an ideal cleanser around the eyes and as a makeup remover.

Cleansing Gel: There are skin cleansers with a liquid consistency. I usually recommend and recommend these cleansing gels for skin structures prone to mixed and oily acne.

Cleansing Milk: Cleansers with the consistency of milk gently cleanse the skin, adapting to dry and sensitive skin structures.

Tonics: Tonics and lotions, usually after preliminary cleansing. It is applied to the skin by pouring over the cotton. After preliminary cleaning, it cleanses the pores from the remaining makeup residues, dirt, dust, compresses the pores.

Tonic 1: Face tonic 1, which is suitable for all skin types, is suitable for sensitive skin with its relaxing properties. It contains aloe vera and hyaluronic acid. It moisturizes, soothes the skin, and can also be applied as an eye compress.

Antiseptic Tonic: Antiseptic tonic face tonic 2 cleanses the skin from dust, dirt, sterilizes and compresses the pores. This tonic, which is needed by every home, stops the bleeding that occurs on the skin. It soothes skin irritations such as flies, insect bites and calms the skin. It is also very suitable for gentlemen after shaving. It adapts to acne and oily skin structures in general.

Makeup Removers: Eye makeup removers are specially developed. Gently cleanses the skin around the eyes without damaging it. They are eye makeup cleansers on a lotion basis, with a cream consistency and containing oils.

RANKING OF DAILY SKIN CLEANSING IN TURKEY

Morning skin cleansing: To eliminate the discomfort of sleeping in the morning, we immediately throw ourselves under the water. Water instantly invigorates our skin and body. Pour a certain amount of cleansing foam, gel, milk into the palm of your hand, which adapts to the skin of the face, and massage it from the outside to the inside with your moist fingertips, feeding it to the skin. Rinse your skin first with warm water and then with cold water, revitalize it. Except for sensitive skin types. Rinse your skin with warm water, dry your face with a clean towel or, preferably, klineks. Then wipe the cotton again with a tonic that adapts to your skin, and then apply your moisturizer. Then apply your sunscreen carefully.

Evening skin cleansing: In order to relieve the fatigue of the day and get rid of the dust and dirt of the day, evening skin cleansing is very important. Let’s start with eye makeup cleaning first. Gently wipe the eye area from the outside to the inside and without pressing, rubbing, pouring a certain amount of the product onto the cotton pad, and then wipe the eye area dry with cotton again. Now apply a certain amount of cleansing foam, gel, milk to the palm of your hand up to the face, neck and décolleté, massage it from the outside to the inside with damp fingertips and feed it to the skin. Then rinse your skin with warm water and wipe it with a tonic that adapts to your skin after drying. Oh, my skin is relaxed, you think it’s breathing. Apply your night care cream again and we are now in the hours of relaxation, relaxation.
