WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF LASER PROCEDURES FOR SKIN BEAUTY?

Turkey iResidence member and JCI hospital Specialist in Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery, Op. Doctor tells you about the benefits of laser procedures that are often performed today.

.
LASER SKIN RESURFACING

Studies have shown that the most effective way to correct various skin problems is the laser rejuvenation method. Resurfacing replaces old, worn skin with fresh, healthy skin. Laser resurfacing is a new method that has been successfully applied in the field of medical aesthetics and is a procedure used to remove aging marks, especially on the face, neck, chest and hands.

Laser resurfacing removes a very thin layer from the top to eliminate wrinkles, smoothes the skin while using special techniques to tighten collagen tissue. Laser-treated skin acquires freshness and elasticity with the formation of new collagen tissues and young cells with high water-holding capacity. The intervention time varies from person to person, but is on average 45 minutes.

Laser resurfacing can be applied to treat aging-related blemishes, redness and blemishes, as well as external factors, sun-exposed spots, abrasions and spots caused by UV rays.

.
WRINKLE TREATMENT

Laser wrinkle treatment is performed using special laser equipment to send a laser beam to the problem area. As with other laser treatments, the principles of heat and controlled damage predominate, as does how the treatment works. This is how laser beams repair wrinkles and fine lines.

Laser wrinkle treatment is suitable for all men and women who are not in the period of childbirth and breastfeeding, do not use medications, do not have active skin diseases. Also important is the size of a problem that a laser beam can solve. Laser wrinkle treatments vary depending on the field of application, the depth of the problem and the laser system to be applied. Therefore, the session information will be determined after the treatment plan is developed. The wavelength of the laser system is intended for therapeutic purposes only and does not provide effects that will damage other tissues or leave scars. Therefore, there will be no permanent scars left after treatment. After the course of treatment, there will be temporary redness in the treated area. These rashes subside and disappear as the skin relaxes.

.
FRACTIONAL LASER

Unlike other laser systems, fractional laser does not cause tissue loss on the skin surface because it uses a non-ablative technique. The recovery period of the skin after using a fractional laser decelerates from 1 to 3 days. after 24 hours, a person can return to normal life. Fractional laser skin rejuvenation can be applied to many different skin types, including very light or very dark skin. Different resurfacing options reduce wrinkles and correct many other skin defects. It is important that the application is performed by a specialist physician.
