HE’S IN A COMA BECAUSE OF THE DRUGS

His father, Ali O, said,

  • They made an appointment at a private hospital for rhinoplasty for my daughter. It was a simple operation, a 2-hour operation.
    .
  • News came that he was in a coma because the drugs affected him. They kept stalling us,’ he’s getting better.’ Something went wrong, but they didn’t say.
    .
  • In the last 4 days, they said, ‘there is damage to the colon’, we agreed to everything. Our daughter died. After the hospital collected the bill from us, he gave us our daughter’s lifeless body.

STATEMENT FROM THE FAMILY’S LAWYER

OB, the family’s lawyer, also said:

  • MO comes to a private hospital in Taksim Istanbul Turkey, where the family has decided to have rhinoplasty surgery for the operation.
    .
  • Before starting the operation, it is determined that there is no oxygen in the brain caused by anesthesia. After that, he is taken to the ICU.
    .
  • In intensive care, penicillin is given along with antibiotics, whereas our daughter is known to be allergic to penicillin. Even before the operation, it is said that the hospital, but this issue is skipped. That’s why we think death happened.
    .
  • We have also filed a criminal complaint against those responsible for this. Since the death is actually a forensic case, he needs to report it to the coroner. But the hospital does not.
    .
  • Because he did not report it, the burial is performed without an autopsy. Here, we have filed a criminal complaint with the Istanbul prosecutor general’s office to identify those who have defects, as well as those who caused death.
    .
  • Stays in intensive care for a month. In a month’s time, 165 thousand TL of bills are issued to my clients. We’ll sue for damages for that.
