TURKISH FORMULA THAT ‘STOPS BLEEDING EARLY’ HAS BEEN FOUND

Along with the formula developed by the Trakya University academics, bleeding will be stopped faster. The formula found by scientists in Edirne, the essence of which is tinder fungus, reduces bleeding from an average of 6 minutes to 2.5 minutes.

Scientists who have been working on the tinder fungus for a long time in the laboratories of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Trakya have developed a formula that stops the rate of bleeding. A bleeding that averages 6 minutes can be stopped in 2.5 minutes with this formula.

He said that the bleeding time is reduced to tomorrow compared to normal, so they have developed a formula that can save a person’s life, a member of the Faculty of Pharmacy of Trakya University, Doctor, “It all started with the dream”, a dentist at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine. They wondered if the tinder fungus growing on trees could be a product that stops bleeding, saves lives, facilitates medical procedures. Since I work in the field of the pharmaceutical department, they came to me to develop the formula. Later, he worked in Mugla as an Assoc. Our Dr. teacher sent us these types. Then, our surgeon teacher at dentistry also studied the effectiveness of bleeding arrest on rats.

First of all, I have developed a gel-shaped formula. We looked at the properties of this product, such as stabilizing its work, whether it is suitable for rubbing into the skin. When we applied, it gave us very surprising results. He had reduced the bleeding time to half the time compared to normal. However, it still needs clinical trials for this product to be used in outdoor environments. A normal bleeding can occur for about 6 minutes. Our time is reduced to 2.5 minutes,” he said.

OUR WORK HAS REACHED THE FINAL STAGE THAT CAN SAVE HUMAN LIVES TODAY

After the studies, they have reached the final stage that can save human lives, said, a dentist at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine,”The idea was mine. I have always dreamed of stopping bleeding and was constantly reading the literature because of the patient who was lost due to bleeding and the difficulties of working in dentistry. I’ve read that I’ve found it in the literature. Then we entered a study at the faculty of pharmacy and together with other friends. I didn’t expect this to come to these dimensions, but I believe that very good things will come out. Our work, which started on a small scale, has reached the final stage that can save human lives today,” he said.

OUR WORK CONTINUES

Stating that they have applied for patents in Europe and Turkey related to the studies, Professor of the Biology Department of Trakya University. Dr.,”The application process is ongoing. At the same time, it is not known if such studies are very recognizable in the scientific world when they are not published. After publication, it acquires a meaning. That is why we have made two different publications in the international journal about the antimicrobial activity of this substance and its bleeding-stopping effect. In particular, the publication on stopping bleeding was published in a journal at the international Istanbul University. Our work continues,” he said.
