Green tea contains powerful antioxidants that are effective in improving cardiovascular health, protecting against cancer and removing fluids from our lungs.

The medicinal plants contained in green-tea are antimicrobial, helping to relax mucus from inside our lungs.

The chlorophyll found in these vegetables acts as a detoxifier and helps in blood filtration and the removal of toxins from our bodies.

Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, etc. it is rich in vitamin C, which strengthens our immune system.
