GERMS IN YOUR MOUTH WILL GIVE YOU A HEADACHE

Turkey Medicals – remember that the path to your health actually goes through oral health. A small problem in your mouth can lead to big problems. Do not neglect the Antalya and Istanbul dentist’s check.

Are you one of those people who are victims of laziness when it comes to oral care? Maybe it’s hard, it’s been a long day and brushing your teeth before you go to sleep and you don’t want to whisk you hard; perhaps necessary for the health of your teeth after brushing doesn’t help that you think don’t care. Then you may be interested in what I am going to write for you now; it will help you to understand that the path to your own health is through oral health, and be more careful after that.

.
BACTERIA CAN GO TO THE HEART

The mouth is one of the most polluted areas of the body inside. It is said that the inside of the mouth contains much more bacteria than people on the planet we are on, but I find it difficult to guess how convincing this explanation will be to you. As a dentist who has completed his doctorate in microbiology, I would say that the mouth hosts an abundance of bacteria. Not all bacteria in the mouth are harmful, but useful ones also play an important role in maintaining intraoral balance. Intraoral diseases occur when the bacterial balance of the oral cavity, which is home to different types of bacteria, changes. A change in the proportions is associated with general health problems and can cause more serious problems.
.

As some bacteria in the oral cavity increase due to gum problems, bacteria in the bloodstream can go to the heart and cause a heart attack.

.
IT CAN CAUSE DISEASES

The subject of my doctorate in microbiology was ‘Microbiological aspects of improving the effectiveness of diagnostic, treatment and prevention measures of inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity’. In our laboratory research under this title; when implants are made in the mouth, orthodontic wires are inserted, gum problems increase, teeth are not brushed for three days, different types of bacteria that normally get along well suddenly change their rates, some of them decrease in number and some of them increase, we have come to the conclusion that they can cause diseases.

.
DO NOT NEGLECT DENTAL FLOSS

The easiest way to prevent these problems is to use floss daily, brush your teeth at least twice every day, and have a dentist check-up no more than once every 6 months. Although mouthwashes that you use a lot are sold without a prescription in pharmacies, it will be useful to use them under the supervision of a doctor. Excessive use can also cause damage to beneficial bacteria, discoloration of the tongue and teeth, loss of taste, problems in patients with blood pressure problems, and various problems. Not brushing your teeth, poor oral hygiene, faulty dentures, dental stones, gum problems; increases the number of bacteria. Gum disease can complicate an existing health problem and cause a new health problem. In addition, it continues as a social problem that affects you and your environment because it will cause a bad smile and bad breath. Problems caused by people who do not do oral care can be easily diagnosed by other people. The yellow appearance of dental plaque on teeth that have not been brushed for only a few days becomes obvious from the outside. Bad breath, which we call bad breath, also continues with this. The continuation of poor oral hygiene leads to inflammation of the gums and infection by the action of dental plaques.

.
TREAT BAD BREATH AND WHITEN YOUR TEETH

The best way to combat periodontal diseases and health problems associated with oral bacteria is to have good oral hygiene. In order to keep your teeth and gums away from the disease, it is necessary to prevent the formation of plaque, which is the source of bacteria in the mouth.

Brush your teeth at least twice a day, floss regularly.

Find out from your dentist what brushing, Decontamination, and flossing are suitable for you.

Not every brushing technique may be suitable for you.

Also visit your dentist at least twice a year for your examinations and cleaning procedures.

.
DO NOT RUN AWAY FROM TREATMENT

Complete your missing teeth. Remember, nothing replaces your own tooth. When you lose your own tooth, the most ideal way to correct the deficiency without touching the solid teeth is implant application.

Get your buried and broken roots removed by taking the opinions of your doctor in Istanbul and Antalya.

Have your flooded, broken, six rotten fillings treated, have your faulty and missing channel treatments repeated, renewed.

Replace the coatings that excessively press on the gums and cause bleeding.

Have your bad breath treated, whiten your teeth and smile beautifully at life.

.
GUM INFECTION IS THE CAUSE OF LOW BIRTH WEIGHT

Births that occur before 37 weeks, before the completion of 40 weeks, which is the normal pregnancy process, are called premature births. In developed countries, 10 percent of annual births are premature births, and babies with a low weight are born. A baby (fetus) in the womb grows in a liquid called amniotic fluid in the uterus, and all the needs and nutrition of the fetus, especially oxygen, are through the placenta, and waste is again excreted through the placenta. In other words, the nutrition of the fetus is through the blood circulation.

Here are problems with blood circulation that will also affect the placenta, some problems in the mother, disorders in the uterus in which the fetus is located, or diseases of the fetus itself, which can cause premature birth (premature). The involvement of inflammatory mediators involved in gum infections in the bloodstream poses a threat to the fetus-placenta unit. In the studies conducted, the following problems were found in mothers with moderate and advanced gingivitis:

1- Premature birth and low birth weight

2- Insufficient fetal growth

3- Pre-articular

4- Infant death in the womb.
