RESEARCH FOUND IT IS POSSIBLE TO KEEP YOUR BRAIN YOUNGER

There are new findings that it may be possible to slow down the rate of degeneration of the brain that comes with age. How much is it? The researchers’ answer is ready, 7.5 years.

.
IT IS ENOUGH TO DEVOTE A SHORT TIME TO MEDITATING EVERY DAY

How? It is very simple. The brain of those who meditate is 7.5 years younger than that of those who do not.

A study led by neurologists proved that the brain age of a group of people who meditate in their 50s is 7.5 years younger compared to people who do not meditate at the same age.

There is also more, for every meditated year after 50 years, the brain remains younger by 1 month and 22 days. Meditation slows down the blunting of the brain that comes with age.

Researchers are analyzing data taken from 100 people. 50% are people who meditate regularly, and 50% do not. To measure the age of the brain, they use a newly developed and approved high-dimensional pattern scanner. What is measured is not exactly age, but instead they measure what the brain will look like at a certain age. For example, the brain of people with Alzheimer’s disease looks 10 years older than it should be.

However, the opposite is true for people who meditate. The brain of these people, who are about 50 years old, looks 7.5 years younger than that of those who do not.

According to these results, meditation is very beneficial for brain health and slows down the blunting of the brain that comes with age.

.
WHATEVER EXERCISE IS FOR THE BODY, MEDITATION IS FOR THE BRAIN

It is becoming a little clearer every day that whatever exercise is for your body, it is also meditation for your brain. By meditating regularly, it is possible to slow down the aging of your brain.
