LOVING YOUR HEART! TO KEEP AWAY FOODS

Turkey Medicals – experts have made some warnings to eat healthy.

Stating that the saturated fat content of fats containing trans fatty acids is quite high, nutritionists stated that these fats are used in many restaurants and food factories.

Noting that foods containing trans fatty acids should not be consumed for cardiovascular health, experts have made some warnings to eat healthy.

Foods that should be considered

According to experts, margarine, which is rubbed into bread, contains both trans fatty acids and has a fairly high content of saturated fats. The 2 properties can cause heart and vascular diseases. One tablespoon of solid margarine contains 2.8 grams of trans fatty acid and 2.1 grams of saturated fat.

Ready-made cakes, biscuits and such ready-to-eat foods in packaged foods contain a high content of trans fatty acids. There is a high amount of trans fatty acid in noodle and instant soups. In fast-food-style foods served by frying, the ratio of trans fatty acids is quite high. These foods are fried in plenty of oil. Despite the fact that liquid oil is used during the frying process, some restaurants widely use oils with trans-fatty acids. Pancakes and toasts also contain trans-fatty acid.

The information provided by experts on the types of foods that should be considered continues as follows:

Frozen foods: Frozen pizzas, hamburgers, and similar products also contain trans fatty acids.

What is Baked in the Oven

Trans fatty acids are most often found in these products. Pastries are the products in which trans-fatty acids are most intensively used.

Chips and crackers

It is also possible to find trans-fatty acids in these products. A small packet of potato chips contains 3.2 grams of trans fatty acid.

Breakfasts

For the breakfasts, especially corn-flakes contain high levels of fatty acids. 3 out of 4 of these products have 1.5 grams of trans fatty acid.

Confectionery

Such products contain different proportions of trans fatty acids. Hazelnut chocolates are most commonly known as products containing trans-fatty acids.
