CAUSES OF IMPLANT TREATMENT FAILURE

Implants placed in the bone after being tried several times can cause permanent damage to the bone. However, thanks to the navigated implant treatment system, the doctor does not need to cut the gum and see the bone. Turkey Medicals, “With this technology, the margin of infection and error is reduced,” was said.

It is an inevitable fact that the navigation technology eliminates the unsuccessful results encountered in implant treatments in Turkey and reduces the margin of error to zero. Let’s dwell on the details of implant treatment…

.
THE LAST POINT IN IMPLANT TREATMENT: ROBOTIC SURGERY!

In classical implant surgery, because the jaw film image is two-dimensional, the required amount of bone cannot be fully understood with these films, and the implant is placed in the most appropriate place after the gum is removed during surgery. The main disadvantage of this approach is that the applied implant cannot meet the aesthetic expectation and the physician does not know in advance the situation that he will face in the surgical field. The ‘Surgical guidance technology’, called the ‘Navigation system’ in the medical field, guides the doctor by transmitting all the dental, oral and maxillofacial information to the doctor and determining the most appropriate place where the implant will be made in Turkey dental treatment. The system reduces the margin of error to zero by alerting the doctor if there is a shift from the place it detected during treatment. This system is based on the implementation of this plan to the patient during the intervention by making surgical planning with detailed digital tomography information received from the patient. Three-dimensional planning and digital tomography provide a great advantage over panoramic X-ray.

.
IT HAS BEEN APPLIED SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH THE WORLD IN OUR COUNTRY SINCE 2009

With the ‘surgical guidance technology’ developed, all the problems that may be encountered in implant applications can be determined in advance and the risks that may occur during surgery can be prevented. For the first time in Turkey, with this application, which eliminates all risks with a three-dimensional computer system, we performed implant surgeries without even suturing and with a precision of 50 microns. With the tomographic information received from the patients, we are able to make plans without the need for the patient’s presence. We are able to eliminate all aesthetic and prosthetic problems with the implant places prepared by seeing the amount of bone. In fact, it is even possible to produce a permanent prosthesis without implants.

.
IT IS POSSIBLE TO TREAT IT WITHOUT PROBLEMS IN THREE STAGES

An implant is a delicate job. Whatever you see, you can treat it. The risk of structural damage to the jawbone, which contains a complex network of vessels and nerves, is eliminated by the robotic surgical method. Robotic implant applications, which have also started to be applied in Turkey, consist of three different steps. These steps are as follows: First of all, unlike classic jaw films, by taking a three-dimensional tomography of the patient’s jaw, the existing bone is calculated and recorded not only in shape, but also in volume and millimeters. In the second step, thanks to the special computer program of the system, a tomography image is taken and it is determined which area of the patient needs to be implanted, and complications that may occur during surgery can also be eliminated. The last step consists of following the implants from the computer screen with a special tool in the hands of the physician with the help of special eye sensors applied to the patient’s mouth and noticing even 0.1 mm deviations and placing them. Implants that can be placed without even a 0.1 mm error in the bone examined in three dimensions thanks to the advanced precision of the system; it eliminates not only the doctor’s mistakes, but also the risks of application, bleeding and complications such as a feeling of drowsiness that may occur.

.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT CUTS AND STITCHES, CHOOSE THE IMPLANT WITH NAVIGATION

As the first person to start applying the robotic surgery system in Turkey, which helps to cut the gum, suture and implant the amount of bone without the need to be seen by eye, I draw attention to the importance of the place where the implant is applied in order to make a good aesthetic and functional prosthesis. Not only the place where it will be applied, but also thanks to the placement of the implant at a time, you will be able to get rid of the negative effects that implants that have been tried several times will have on the bone. A smooth implant placement will reduce the complications that may occur as a result of surgery, and also accelerate the boiling inside the bone. In implant treatments, the doctor reaches the bone by cutting the gum and follows a treatment path by looking at the bone. However, thanks to the navigated implant treatment system, the doctor does not need to cut the gum and see the bone. With this technology, all detailed information from the location of the nerves to the bone thickness can be obtained instantly and appropriate treatment can be achieved reliably. The system, which offers the possibility of implant treatment safely and quickly, prevents bleeding and discomfort caused by incorrect implant application, as well as doctor’s errors. Since the gum does not need to be opened to see the bone tissue, less pain and edema occur. Tissue healing is faster.

The risk of infection decreases to a minimum with treatment with this method…

.
THE BENEFITS OF IMPLANT APPLICATION

Implant treatment is a comfortable, robust and reliable application.

Prevents the cutting of healthy teeth.

It ensures that the aesthetic appearance is not distorted.

It promotes the restoration of the lost chewing function.

It prevents bone loss that occurs after tooth extraction.

In fixed bridge prostheses, food accumulation and cleaning difficulties that may occur under the body are prevented by implant application.

It increases self-esteem when laughing, talking and eating.

Thanks to the confidence it makes, it eliminates the negative psychological effects caused by lack of teeth.

It can also be used to support full jaw and regional prostheses, increase retention and chewing efficiency.
