WHAT SHOULD WE KNOW ABOUT IT?

Plastic surgery is one of the operations that people have recently resorted to a lot. One of these aesthetic procedures in demand is genital plastic surgery. Obstetrician and gynecologist Op.Dr. gave detailed information about genital aesthetics, which has been applied a lot recently.

Turkey Medicals hospital member and Turkish Obstetrician and gynecologist Operator Doctor, said “in recent years, the perception of plastic surgery, of course, was also against the issue of genital aesthetics. People who are interested in Genital aesthetics and want to have it done are afraid to express these desires, can not comfortably express their expectations during mutual interviews with experts and do not want to announce them to those around them.

But in this period we are in, people’s thoughts about genital procedures are now much different. People who need aesthetic intervention in the Genital area can refer to expert names in a much more comfortable way than before,” he commented.

What parts of the Genital structure consists of?

Obstetrician and gynecologist Op. Dr. “there are some sections that make up the Genital structure. Genital aesthetics are procedures applied to different parts of the genital structure for different purposes.

Genital area; vagen, large lips (labium majus), small lips (labium minus), hymen (hymen), upper part of the lips-Hill region (mons pubis) consists of parts.

Various deformities in these sections that make up the Genital area not only lead to an aesthetically bad appearance; they also cause problems in women such as loss of self-confidence, sexual inadequacy, inability to Junkies, shame, anxiety and feelings of failure,” he said.

What are the types of Genital aesthetics?

“Genital aesthetics are divided into sections” said, genital aesthetics types related to the details transferred:

Labioplasti

Labioplasty procedure; inner lip aesthetics, small lip aesthetics, Labio minora aesthetics, labio minora reduction are described by the names. “Labia” means lip in Latin.

Labioplasty surgery consists of interventions on large and small lips located in the genital area. ” Labium ” is the process of the lips, which are called, the large lips that make up the external genital structure, and the small lips that exist on the inside. Reducing the inner lips is also an operation to bring them into a better shape from an aesthetic point of view. In addition to the aesthetic appearance obtained as a result of labioplasty operations, it also has benefits from sexual, psychological and sociological points of view.

Sagging may occur after the birth or in the age situations. Tight clothes, tights, swimsuits, bikinis can cause an uncomfortable appearance in cases of wearing. All these problems are eliminated by surgery.

Among the types of Genital aesthetics, labioplasty is the shortest-lasting procedure and, despite this, the operation whose results are usually the most important. It is recommended that the patient does not have sexual intercourse for about 1 month while being discharged on the day of the operation.

Vaginoplasty

In women with active sex life, surgical procedures performed in vaginal expansions that occur for reasons such as vaginal birth, weight gain, or weight loss with age are called vaginoplasty, with the medical name of vagina narrowing surgery.

In these operations, the goal is to improve the quality of life, increase the sexual pleasure of both sides during sexual intercourse. These operations increase women’s self-confidence. During vaginoplasty, excess tissue in the area is removed, narrowing and rejuvenation of the surrounding skin tissue is provided.

The same process can be done by laser method. The laser process does not require anesthesia, and in a very short time, the muscles inside are restored. Sexual intercourse after the surgical procedure is not recommended for 5 weeks and laser vaginoplasty for 2 weeks.

Vaginal enlargement can lead to urinary incontinence in cases that increase intra-abdominal pressure, such as inability to enjoy sexual intercourse, uncomfortable sounds similar to gas extraction due to air intake and outflow to the vagina, laughing, coughing, sneezing due to sagging of the bladder into the enlarged vaginal canal in advanced stages.junta

Removal of postpartum scars

During Normal births, various tears can occur in the part where the baby’s head exits. Even if there are no tears, an episiotomy can be performed. If these incisions are not repaired in the desired way, a vaginal image that does not stop aesthetically can occur if a bad sewing technique is applied.

These scar tissues, which make women unhappy and restless, can only be made aesthetic by surgical method. Sexual intercourse is not recommended for an average of 5-6 weeks during recovery.

Filling

Mons pubis is characterized as filling of the upper parts of the vagina and outer lips. As with all skin tissue, thinning, sagging, wrinkles and genital areas of people can occur with advancing age. For this reason, filling can be done on large lips.
